There are a lot of gift ideas, accessories, clothing, and holiday items in this shop. The only…read moreproblem are the constant signs are the store reminding you not to touch, that if break something you have to buy it (duh - what store doesn't have that policy), and that you are being watched. These signs are EVERYWHERE. Don't touch this, don't handle this on your own, don't pick up candles by the lids. Maybe the owner has a lot of little children in her home that break many of her items and feels the need to post these signs in her store, but it was really just weird. I might have stayed longer and been interested in buying more than I did if it weren't for the constant reprimands I felt I was getting as I walked around the store. It really made me feel young again - like I was 5 that is - and that's not a good thing.

Also included are patterns for three different moose Christmas trees ornaments. If that's not enough there is a pattern for a cute square pencil/this and that container that has an ice skating moose on one side. Lastly there is a basket that looks like mountain peaks with a skiing moose on the side. The patterns are detailed for 7 count plastic canvas. It makes a fun multigenerational project to use yarn, plastic canvas, rolled masking tape on the end of the yarn as a threading needle. With a little help on cutting the plastic canvas to the correct size and shape youngsters can work on the project and be proud of their accomplishments. I'm glad I purchased this book. I'm happy that I located this pattern book to work on with my grandson who collects all things Moose.

The quilts are not old ones, they are newly made and mass produced, but they are really pretty. The quilts come with matching shams. The number of shams depends on the quit set. The price is reasonable for them and the all cotton construction is nice for comfort. The store also has a nice assortment of inexpensive jewelry, clothes, and home decor. The back of the store has some antiques, but I would say that most of the store's area is devoted to new merchandise (quilts, jewelry, decor)
