I had a chance to help a homeless man to come in and get service from This Business.The Building looked like a rundown business. It's cold for a Medical Office Building. Staff are cold and treated all these patients like they need them more than The business needs them to stay afloat. The Young doctor who just inherited This business from his recently passed away Father doesn't look like a professional doctor at all .He just sits there flipping over pages of file his dead father had noted on this patient never once looking up to see how his patient was doing not putting on any stethoscope on the patient to at least check him out.He was having a cold on that day and his nose was running. He wore gloves on that day and he was trying to clear his running nose by using those gloves as tissue and dappled on his so called short blouse , but actor was his shirt All in all he looks like a kid wandering from somewhere and got into this examination room to do medical work which he didn't perform at all . At the end he spit out 2 referrals phone none of them bothered to give us a call back. I feel sorry for those patients who were examined in this office. Update: I never came back to this place after my first experience. I just wanted to add on that I was able to receive care elsewhere and was diagnosed with a medical condition that the doctors here stated I was "lying" about. If it is my first time seeing a doctor, I would hope the doctor listens to my concerns and not just state that I am lying. I am deeply saddened that my care was delayed as it caused me additional mental distress and financial issues as I was not able to work yet the doctor refused to listen to my concerns. Although I am in a better place now, I hope that no one seeking help has to endure what I did. Please look elsewhere for medical needs. Waited 5.3 hours and I got a student in training googling my results. That's super professional. Honestly want to be considerate for this place. It's not easy for them but they're also not making it any easier for us, who are waiting. Everyone wait here for hours long and get treated rudely. I had an appt at 10:30 to see the doctor. They said they don't see me on the appt list when the patient navigator had called herself and spoke directly with someone a couple of days before to make the appt for me. So they checked me in as walk in. Even with being walk in, I've seen other people come in after me without appts and have gotten seen before me. Very unethical practice. I think it is a hippa violation to speak to patients through that glass window & just put boards up to block us from seeing the visit.. but we are in the same room and I can hear EVERYTHING they are saying. & my mom got mixed up with a patient the same name there and the Indian doctor had the audacity to get mad and blame the patient for their wrong doing. He told the patient "why did you come up here for when this is not you?" But indeed they have the same name, so why not blame yourself or your staff for this mistake? Do you guys not verify birthdays? Every practice I have worked at, I have always had to verify birthdays. He gave her my moms prescription too, this lady is much older than my mom. He said the prescriptions he gave her that were my moms, is fine because it's what the lady takes.. I said no that can't be right because she is much older than my mom.. and she told me her diabetic medication and high blood pressure is not in The prescription. I do not see how this doctor thought it was ok that he gave this lady my moms prescription and proceeded to tell the lady "it's ok you guys have the same medication" instead of he wanted to be lazy, he didn't want to fix it until I said something.. Absolutely horrendous.. today I took.my aunt to her dr appointment. An Indian dr saw her..this dr didn't listen to her concerns it was an after ER visit and she won't check her. I tried to explain to her why she was taken to hospital but she rushed us out and won't listen or care. My aunt jad high blood pressure today and she didn't give her anything..i was horrified about the quality of care they provide. I would give this place 0 stars if I can. This place is a joke. Let's first start off with the time. I arrived at 8 AM when they first opened. I had to wait 4 HOURS just for them to call my name. I thought I was done until they lead me to another small waiting room near their workspace. Are you kidding me? Another waiting room when there's already one outside? I had to wait 1 HOUR there and then they take me to the examination room. I had to wait another 30 MINUTES in the examination room for the doctor to come. A total of 5 HOURS 30 MINUTES just to see the doctor. I got to my car at 2 PM. Nearly almost half of my day gone just sitting and waiting. Keep in mind I arrived when the place just opened. The first time I went only waited 4 hours but even that's unacceptable. Now there are other reasons why I hate this place is because first, the appointments here are useless. If you make an appointment, they're just going to put you in the line just with everyone else that signed up for walk-ins. My dad made an appointment here and he had to wait several hours just like everyone else. Second, they sometimes let other people in first before you. I was before many people but they got in first before me. I am looking forward to switching to another family doctor. I recommend you to never come here unless you like wasting your time and deal with unprofessional people. read more

Throughout my years as a medical patient, I never really visited the doctor except for tb skin tests just for school paperwork. My advice to you, avoid this place and find another provider. They only take appointments, and you have to schedule appointments 1-2 months in advance, otherwise you have to do walk-ins... approximate wait time for walk ins? 5 hours... this isn't even for sure you will get seen. I even called them three times on Friday and Saturday, nobody picked up. I stopped by today to get some copies of paperwork regarding my tb skin test. I just need a positive result, detailing the size of the bump, etc... I have been waiting 30 minutes so far, the receptionist told me the doctor is writing it up... -Is it because they don't have the documentation, so they are making it up? I even asked to look at my profile, to see if it's already in there, the receptionist refused, telling me they are still working on it... this is ridiculous, I am a pharmacy student, I know about HIPAA laws. 09.23.2019 Super rude staffs. My mom we stood by the window to make an appointment. The staffs saw us standing but no one offered to assist us until I had to popped my head in and tell them that we wanted to make an appointment (because this rude place NEVER answers the phone). The staff end up calling someone else to come assist us. When the other staff came, gosh she was extremely rude. I told her, "I would like to schedule an appointment for my mom." And she replied, "For how long?" But I couldn't hear her because she was standing away from the window (I had to angle myself and pop my head in a bit to see her). Staff here is extremely rude. I came here several times for minor health issues or to get shots for school or internships. I have never came here for a major health issue, so I am not too sure how the doctor's expertise and evaluation would be. Usually, I schedule an appointment a month in advance in order to get medication or a prescription for an ongoing health problem that I have. Although I have a scheduled appointment, it still takes about 30 minutes to an hour for them to call me inside to get my vitals done. The staff taking my vitals are usually not health professionals, but friends or family of the Doctor because they are older and do not happen to speak much English. I mean not a lot of English is required since everyone pretty much knows the process - put your arm out with palms facing up and then they slide the arm cuff onto the arm and press the button until the blood pressure is read. Next would be getting on the scale which automatically reads your weight and then they pull out this snazzy little height scale to measure my height. Afterwards, I get directed to the patient room and wait another 20-30 minutes before the doctor can see me. After the doctor comes in, he asks why I'm here and then I tell him I need a refill and he writes the prescription and I'm out of there in about 3 minutes. The waiting process takes about 1-1.5 hours even with an appointment while the doctor only sees me for a good 3 minute. I can't imagine how'd it would be like without an appointment. I can't wait to find a new doctor that cares about my health. I do no recommend this doctor office at all. :( read more

Doctor was out to lunch when my appointment was scheduled. They are rude. Front desk is so swamped they have to yell at everybody? This place NEEDS to be shut down. The office is gloomy, unorganized and "tastefully tacky". I feel sorry for those who have this doctor as their primary care doctor and for those who walk into this office by themselves. This office is all about metrics; the more patients he crams in his door, the money this guy makes. Patient was discharge from the hospital and was told to visit their primary care doctor to obtain a specific referral. I called for over a week and was told that the office is booked and that the next opening was within 6 weeks. I called a few more times and I got through to a different receptionist that told me that they accept walk-ins, but would have to wait for an opening (i.e. cancellation or a no-show). I was the third person to arrive this day along with the Patient I was helping. The lady at the front desk immediately told me that they are not accepting new patients before I could say hello. My anger level raises, but I told her that I am not here as a client, but a person helping a patient. I explained the patient needs and situation and she, again, tries to get me out the door. She told me, literally, that I am "shit out of luck... the doctor is on vacation". Really? Time to give up... As we were leaving, I see this "Paris By Night" looking like mother f*cker, who is the doctor! What the hell happened to the vacation that your receptionist told me about... Then there was the other doctor who is young and very professional. Service was great between the doctor, me and the patient went well. Informative and took his time. But man, I was more interested in the Paris by Night doctor. Thanks to that Asian hipster with swagger level 1000, I will not look at an indigo blue, velvet jacket the same and will not limit what Japanese hair wax can do. Good patient-doctor service, but HORRIBLE STAFF SERVICE. Staff needs electronic tools and systems to effectively run this office. I was assigned to this doctor the beginning of this year. The first time I called them to check if they do TB tests, I waited on hold for 7 minutes and was hung up on. I called back, furious, and the lady (who didn't speak very well English) finally decided to help me out. Luckily they had the TB vaccines and I was able to come in right away. I got to the clinic and it was horribly packed! It's in the middle of restaurants off of Stockton blvd and doesn't look welcoming at all. The inside looks dirty and their chairs are worn down. I'd rather not sit on any of the seats and stand because that's just how dirty it looks. I waited for at least 20-30 minutes and I went up to tell them I have to reschedule since I had to work at 1pm. The old lady told me that she would get the doctor to help me right away. I sat back down and within 2 minutes, they already called me in to take my vitals. The nurse who took my blood pressure was extremely unprofessional! I'm not too sure if she even knew what she was doing. After she took my blood pressure, she told me to follow her for my weight and height...but I still had my blood pressure thing still on wrapped around my arm. I had to take it off myself. Sigh... I finally got to the room where the doctor was supposed to see me and the sweet old lady asked me if I was ready. She ran and told the doctor to come straight to see me next. I waited 2 minutes and he was there. I was out by 12:50pm. I only gave this place 3 stars because of the sweet old Asian lady. Without her there, I would not be giving them 3 stars. We did a follow up with these guys and they referred my uncle for a colonoscopy scan @ River City to check & see if he had an infection or a tumor growing in his large intestines. I was supposed to receive a phone call a week after the follow-up, to make an appointment for the scan. The phone never rang. So I called the clinic and came back 2x just for them to force us to see the doctor, because unfortunately they wouldn't be of any help unless my uncle checks in with his insurance so they can get paid for a visit. Finally, after a 3 hour wait time the doctor says he will make the referral and gives us a sheet. So I call river city to make an appointment and they tell me there was never any referrals and even if they did they haven't sent in any graphs or such that was necessary. This places deserves no stars. Front desk personnel is very good at ignoring patients. She gives prefrential treatment to Vietnamese speaking patients. The doors are open, but they didn't open the windows until after 9:15am even though the front desk lady walked in at 8:45am. A homeless guy came in and stunk the place. I felt like vomiting while he was there. She frebreezed the place, but the stinch is still there. Our appointment was at 9am, but didn't get seen for a while. Others in the waiting room complained about the long wait as well. People wait as long as up to 3 hours even if they had an appointment. Don't even bother to walk in to see a doctor cuz they will NOT help you at all on certain days of the week. I would choose another facility. These people are less than helpful. read more

The doctors here are cheap on prescription pads or something because they try to write 10 medications on one note pad. They never respond to calls or faxes. When they do put you hold? My kid had appointment at 11 to get vaccines. We arrived at 10:45 to do checking in. They called my kid inside the office and took a sit after an hour waiting to get blood test and took the Vaccine. A nurse who took care of my kid did not wear any gloves while she was doing the blood test and injecting Vaccines. She did inject the vaccines into my kid with bare hands and No hand sanitizer .
