I have experienced an injury that…read morerequires a surgery in order to fully recover, they have consistently misplaced my referrals to a surgeon, and failed to find me care within the medically necessary and legally required timelines. Numerous attempts by my doctor's office to compel them to act have either gone unanswered, or dealt with in a manner that has only resulted in further delay. I'm of the opinion that these are the freeloader types that cause the actions of individuals like Luigi Mangione. They are paid by the tax payer for services which they fail to render, while they laugh all the way to the bank without providing the adequate healthcare that they are contracted and obligated to provide. I have initiated complaints against them with the Department of Managed Health Care and plan on holding them accountable. They have history of violations, and while they have changed their name, it's just more of the same, and a continuation of the trash service. To quote my doctor: "Your insurance sucks. I have never had to deal with this level of incompetence and headaches." That pretty much sums it up. If you are on Medi-Cal and this is who they assign as your management, I strongly urge you to switch providers and request a change of management. For those in the Sacramento region, avoid Anthem Medi-Cal as your choice, as they are who fanned out my care to Nivano.

It's clean, comfortable, and feels very well taken care of, which definitely makes you feel more at ease when you're there. I had been dealing with dry eye issues since May and had been struggling to find somewhere that could see me in a reasonable amount of time. I was really thankful that Sac Eye Consultants was able to get me in much sooner. Even though dry eye may not always be considered an urgent issue, I had been dealing with symptoms for months and it was really affecting me. I truly appreciate that they have availability for patients who are struggling and need to be seen, even if their issue isn't necessarily considered an emergency. It meant a lot to me to finally be able to get an appointment and start getting some answers. I just had my 2nd surgery and I am so happy with my results and the expert care I had under Dr. Wu's hands. Not only is he excellent at what he does but he is kind, caring and really cares about his patients outcome and happiness of having clear eyesight. He also makes it very clear what to do pre surgery and expectations post surgery. Just make sure you follow all of the instructions and it will turn out great!

I got a referral and once that went through, I called to make an appointment. I was able to get one SAME DAY. I came in the afternoon, parking lot was looking full but I was able to snag a spot close to the entrance. I walked in and PT is on the first floor, nice! I got checked in pretty smoothly and I didn't have a co-pay but we will see if I get hit with a bill later down the road. I did not have to wait that long before I was called in, probably less than 3 minutes. I had an evaluation with MF and she was great! Super professional and taught me a handful of stretches and movements to perform. She felt my neck, checked my mobility, and watched how I would work from home standing. MF gave me a lot of tips and printed out a sheet so that I can reference when I'm at home. She gave me all the tools; now it's on me to change my posture and tight pec muscles. I hope that I don't need to come back to PT because hopefully, I take everything that MF taught me and implement it into my daily routine and create a routine for myself. I think it's important to do a PT visit because we can get lost on the internet just doing random arm stretches or buying a neck massager when we really need to stretch our chest, build upper back muscles, and work on our posture. I had about four therapy sessions with him. I think Chad is an excellent therapist. Two days ago, I started a lower back therapy evaluation session with Dale Woolley. Even though it was the first therapy session but he squeezed in some exercises for me, and sent me home with a program to practice, in video and email as well. He's an awesome therapist and he has great advices on how to handle my lower back pain.

To preface this review by saying I have 3 years of nursing school and 6 years of LPN nursing experience. I had an Appointment with PA Philip Ford and it wasn't very positive. In fact I would feel better if PA Ford changed his first name to "Ford" and his last name to "Truck", because that is exactly what he is.....A "TRUCK". Why? Well first of all he told me that my problem isn't really his specialty. That's fine, and I understand that. Dr. Truck gave me another perscription of what I currently had and some positive effects during the trial. That's fine. Dr. Truck sent the perscription to the wrong pharmacy and I had to wait an hour in the parking lot with a 102 temperature. It's been 6 days and it isn't working. Fever is gone but pain and swelling still a go, so I made it a point to call 3 more times and had to keep calling to get him to change the perscription. I researched Google for my particular problem and it specifically suggested 4 medications. 3 of them I've already tried during my nightmare 4 months of having this infection so I was hoping for the strongest one Google recommended. I also inquired with my other Doctor friends back home and they agreed that I should try the stronger one. Well when I called the last time Dr. Truck said he would send the perscription in. Well I went to the pharmacy today and guess what was there? NOTHING, Dr. Truck didn't send my perscription to the right CVS eventhough he mirrored the words out of my mouth as I was saying the correct address. This was the second time he sent my drugs to the wrong pharmacy. Well it's back to playing phone tag and I had to call back again with no response. So I decided to call again before they closed. The receptionist said that, "Dr. Truck, changed my perscription twice and he's not going to change it anymore!" WTF? First of all you changed it once, today when you sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Second, you sent an antibiotic that I was on last month and didn't work at all. I guess you would have known that if you actually looked at my chart. Third, if you would just look in your PDR you could have suggested the right medication in the beginning but you're too much of an amateur to care. Thank you Dr. Truck for nothing! He also said I should just wait to see my specialist which All-Med hasn't sent the paperwork to Sutter for yet. It's nice sitting here in pain for someone else's incompetance. Well I better focus on my specialist because Dr. Truck sucks. So when I called Sutter the receptionist said she didn't receive the paperwork yet. How funny, I received the paperwork at my house but the specialist hasn't received anything. I would like Dr. Truck (AKA PA Ford) to call me personally and apologize for being un-caring and inept at his duties.

If you want a doctor to sign off on your medical leave or EDD you have to pay for that and I think that CRAZY OUT OF THIS WORLD!!

The same company that heads this clinic heads many others. The staff has always been good to me and I admire their fortitude since they are overworked. Don't think they formed these clinics out of the goodness of their "heart." Medi-Cal clinics are "cash cows" to the people who run them. In all honesty I liked the clinic better seven years ago. My original Doctor knew I had two years before Medi-Care and would often give the necessary medicine free of charge (if she could), for which I was grateful. The last time I went they acted odd about even using my part B Medicare and charged me $25.00(cash only) for a run of the mill checkup (temp, blood pressure) which apparently cost more than Medi-Care provided. Apparently, Medi-Cal pays more. That is where their heart is now. Before it was different.

There are only two "dentists" in this office and I can tell you, from personal experience, that "Dr." Mubarik is the worst I have ever had the misfortune to experience. He wears the same mask all the time and mumbles under his garlic laced breath to the point where you can't understand him and his Pakistani accent.....and the dental assistant has to translate. He supposedly was "trained" at some obscure third rate "dental school" in Pakistan where he mastered his incompetent techniques that screwed up my teeth and caused me to lose a couple of teeth I didn't have to. The sad thing is that Mubarik seems to be doing all the work with most of the patients....this is frightening !! How many other patients has he harmed ? I will admit that the only reason I went to this house of horrors is because it represented itself as a low cost alternative to more expensive dental offices....being a "community" office and all that. But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for !!! Low cost, low quality !!!....from an organization that seems to thrive on hiring low-skilled, incompetent "dentist" from Pakistan and other third world countries. ......along with a rude incompetent office staff, especially one tattooed girl with heavy extended eye lashes and a nasty attitude. I am consulting with my attorney about possible legal action against this clinic. At any ate, stay away from this place and save your teeth.
