    Message I got back from Hoa board president when I told him about my car getting broken into in day and asked about better security.

    This HOA and it's board members are horrible! They make the decisions without getting input from the actual homeowners. I had my car broken into twice and when I mentioned getting security cameras or gate I was blown off and told the board members voted no. The pool is closed and when I asked about getting a refund from our $200 hoa fees and I was told no. They are also not willing to give records of where my money goes each month!!

    Their rating would be zero if that was an option. The communication is terrible. They ignore your concerns until you just give up and move!

    Having leased for a year and a half, Journey has been a paragon of integrity. After the other two…read morebig rental agencies in town told me multiple lies, contradictory statements, and extorted lots of money from me, I was worried there were no honest rental agencies in Prescott. I am pleased to say that throughout several issues that we worked through with Journey, I always felt like I was treated fairly. When I compare the leases from Journey with the others in town, it seems that Journey has higher and more explicit fees for violations of the lease. I prefer that over the other agencies that seem to make their money by bullying and deception. I get the sense that this is why other reviewers were not happy with Journey. I much prefer those who do things by the books as Journey does, because there are no surprises. What the lease says is what happens. And they have been willing to work with me and the owner to adjust down fees for my minor violations. That combo of transparency and flexibility gives comfort. A minor issue is that they give service windows for visits of 3-4 days which seems excessive; would prefer a specific time. They do lots of maintenance; every few months they will come out and change the furnace filters which is something that other rental companies require tenants to do themselves. And there are inspection walkthroughs regularly. Another rental agency took months and lots of reminders to get an issue with dryer vent clogging fixed. With Journey the dryer vent clog was fixed with just one request on my part, and they even went above and beyond to replace the outside vent cover so the problem wouldn't happen again. When a button on the stove didn't work, they replaced the whole stove with a brand new unit. Communication with Ryan and Sharon was professional and efficient.

    Horrible! Never rent a property from this "company". They are no better than dealing with the…read moremob. Threats, sarcasm, and penalties. They will ghost you on repairs. The AC blower motor failure was reported. They never replaced it until we moved out a year and a half later. NO AC DURING THAT ENTIRE TIME PERIOD. They "lost" my rent payment twice in a six month period. Each time they posted a five day pay or quit notice and fee, and a late payment fee for not paying rent on time. When I stated that I had proof of payment, they "found" my payments, they dropped the conversation, The fines remained. Threatened with fines when I turned the gas off for the summer. Snarky text messages and threats of additional fees until I showed proof of zero balance to gas company. They do not keep track of lease expiration dates. I went four months without a lease and they placed the blame upon me. They will not return any of your deposit and add charges so you end up owing money. Amber is the worst of all of them. She is very sarcastic and has classic sociopathic traits. Never rent from this company!

As a property owner in a neighborhood with several duplexes taken over by Ram's Property Mismanagement, it's disheartening how the neighborhood has deteriorated to accommodate Ram's standards for maintenance and renter behavior. This was once a nice neighborhood until many of the rental properties were handed over to RAM mismanagement and renters that relentlessly harass the homeowners around them, encourage others' anti-social behavior, vandalize property, participate in stalking, targeting, harassment, voyeurism., etc.. So, if you're looking to buy a property, need a property manager for your rental or just to rent in a peaceful neighborhood, try to avoid RAM-Enterprise properties at all costs. If you currently use Ram as a property management company, you should check your investment property ASAP because they sure aren't. You may also want to find a better management company. If you're looking to buy or rent Don't Do It anywhere near a Ram- rental, or expect to see this type of menace as you leave for work.

    Unfortunately I can only give one stars to PMI Northern AZ. We recently, (during Christmas…read more vacation) booked a home in Prescott for three nights. Prior to arrival PMI of Northern AZ was very forthcoming with information and rules of the property. Upon arrival at the property it seemed like a lovely home with all the amenities mentioned. However once we entered the property and went from room to room we noticed one of the lower bedrooms which contained a gas fireplace smelled a very strong odor of gas. The fireplace was run by propane. We tried opening windows and doors and using a fan to no avail. We called PMI Northern AZ for assistance, Sarah from PMI walked us through the process of trying to figure out if it was a constant leak or just residual gas. After following her procedure it turned out to be a constant leak. By this time it was around 10 PM. They offered several solutions, none of which worked to stop the leakage which was coming from the fireplace. During this time several of us had to leave due to headaches. We all then decided it was not a safe environment for any of us especially three young children. Sarah offered a full refund for the rental of the home, but never offered an alternative as to where to stay that evening. We had to look for a place to sleep that evening. We had to find three rooms, we split between two hotels for a grand total of $601.98. We tried to no avail to be compensated for this amount which was denied both by PMI Northern AZ, VRBO and the homeowner. The representative from PMI Northern AZ, Kristen, was quite rude and unprofessional. First she stated that the leak "was fixed" in her next breath, "there was no leak" and proceeded to cut me off on any conversation concerning a hotel refund. She was quite disrespectful and failed miserably at doing "the right thing". I have used VRBO before and never received such poor communication from an employee. I definitely will think twice before using them again.
