They came to my home,…read moretook photos of the chimney & charged me about $450. & then had the audacity after taking my money that they wouldn't be doing the repairs because they didn't share my values? WTF? Apparently the Tennant had some nazi Germany periphinalia lying next to the fireplace because he was doing research for his show. The owner or employee had no problem inspecting the chimney after seeing it, what he should have done if he was so offended was LEAVE. I should have been notified. It could have been explained and I definitely should not have been charged. These people knew full well that I would have to pay for another inspection because they were supposed to also do the repairs. Phoney Christians make me sick to my stomach. They convince themselves they are holier than though good people but what they really are are judge mental frauds. DO NOT HIRE THESE POEPLE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General so it's on record. Buyer beware.

After three weeks passed with no communication, I called and they said Renee would call back and set up a visit. No call, she said she showed up and building would not fit. I tried to talk to Renee over the phone (just wanting to buy a building) and she kept talking over the top of me not giving me a chance to hardly talk at all. Renee was the most hateful person to speak to. I responded to her that I may need to order a different building or go to a different company ... she quickly said "Fine, I have cancelled the order" - what a great way to keep business coming. I was a return customer who will never recommend or use Robb's again due to the attitude and NON-helpfulness of Renee (one of the owners). What a joke! Gave one star since could not select zero!
