When it is obvious that the issue is due to the machine being very old. I do not recommend this company. Once Darin found out that I already had a contractor who had run my gas line, his tone immediately changed. He became dismissive, rude, and flat-out disrespectful. Very unpleasant place and lack of professionalism. I'm genuinely surprised this business continues to operate with customer service like this.
