After suffering for some years with what my 87 year old husband thought was hearing loss in one ear he was professionally tested, assessed and fitted with a Phonak hearing aid. This is the best dental experience I've had so far. After 2 years of no dentist (pandemic + move to…read morea new city) I went in for two different appointments in one week. I got a full suite of xrays, exam, and a dental cleaning plus one filling. The whole clinic is bright and cheerful. On both visits the staff knew my name right away, and the wait time was basically non-existent. The xrays were high-tech (even the bitewings were comfortable), both the cleaning and filling were painless, and every dentist/hygienist/staff person I talked to was exactly the right mix of friendly and professional. Due to lots of tartar, the cleaning took longer than I'd booked for it, but they rescheduled the remainder for the same day and then booked me in for the filling only two days later. The xrays + exam + cleaning totalled just over $700, and the filling was just over $200. (My insurance covered most of these expenses, but anyone uninsured may want to call ahead of time to confirm the pricing before booking.) There was no "upselling" or pressure to get extra services I didn't need. All around, this is a wonderful clinic, and I'm looking forward to going back in a year.
