After that experience I didn't bother for a while until I decided to try this place out. Well what a difference it has made. Right off the bat I noticed they were able to answer all my questions and explain things very clearly. They knew their business. Even though I was going there and had to get things handled threw my coverage as I am on a pension, I was still handled with respect and all paperwork was taken care of for me promptly and hearing aids ordered and received very fast. Where at last place I had to hear all the time how bad my coverage was and if I only had extra money. How it will take forever for them to pay. Ya right! A very welcoming environment to go along with the welcoming staff. I like when I leave a place that I look forward to going back.
