At first, it was super easy to get ahold of him and he was very happy to help us out. Then after we went to go get home insurance with him and he also helped us out and the prices were great, this is when it started to seem a bit suspicious. With the insurance, he told us we would get all the paperwork in the mail for the house insurance. We played the waiting game for 1 month, and in that time frame I would try calling him and texting him but no answer. We never received our insurance package for the house, so we just did not renew our house insurance with him and we continued just with our car policy. At the start of this year, we got tired of not being able to get in contact with him and the price of our insurance going up like crazy, so we ended up switching to another company. I texted him once for him to cancel our policy and was just left on read. Then I called him and asked if he canceled our policy, that I just wanted to make sure. He said yes it's been canceled and hung up on me. Today I come to find out that he never canceled our policy because I was looking at my bank statements and I got charged for my policy when it was more than a month canceled. Do not get your insurance or anything here!! Save yourself a headache!!

Ron Burcker has been my go to insurance agent for nearly 5 years now…read more He is extremely professional and personal and is the most dedicated man in the business. If you visit his office, you will see hundreds of awards and accolades on the wall with his name on every one of them. My latest experience with him was simply amazing. On a 2/14, Saturday, (Valentine's Day) my girlfriend and I were out in Santa Monica enjoying the day. I ended up purchasing a car that day from a private seller. Tons of crazy drivers out there and I felt uncomfortable driving my new investment home for 2+ hours uninsured. I texted Ron to see if he was available to help me get covered and within 30 minutes, Ron had printed and texted me photos of my new insurance cards. I was 100% covered. I am a lifelong customer. Thank you, Ron!

As far as monthly payment, how much we recharged if we are an auto pay accessories etc, simple things that people should know if they're answering the phone and trying to provide a paying customer with service. I'm completely disappointed in this company's performance and customer service. I'd recommend going other places for auto insurance. Because this place will overcharge you extremely.

This is very clear on the DMVs website, and I called them to confirm this is the case. Long story short, I was able to go to H.E Vehicle Registration and register with the title signed by the owner. I'm not a fan of people who lack intelligence... and the lady there clearly lacked intelligence. The business is supposed to open at 10am... I was there since 9:55am... This lady pulled up at 10:15am after getting calls from multiple people stating customers are waiting. First red flag. Then she gave me that BS excuse because she didn't want to deal with multiple customers that have been waiting on her. What a joke. She should be fired immediately. 5 minutes late... ok... but 15? yep. She needs to be fired. Doesn't know the DMV rules? Fired.
