I have had some bad experiences with other hairdressers cutting my hair too short or not listening to what I wanted, but here I always leave feeling super satisfied with the results. I can't recommend Tina and Total Image enough!

1 Star -- Hair Cuttery, Steeplechase…read more I've been a longtime Hair Cuttery customer and have brought my family, my kids' friends, and other family members there over the years. We used to specifically ask for Riley, but lately her appointment slots kept running later and later, and my wife would end up being passed off to another stylist. This time, my wife clearly explained to Sandra how she wanted her hair styled, as she is working toward a bob cut. Unfortunately, the result was badly butchered. The left and right sides weren't remotely even, and she ended up with what looked like a zig-zagged fade. It looked like it had been styled with fabric shears. When she finished, Sandra admitted she had made a mistake. Sandra offered 20% off the $34 haircut, which I appreciate, but had I been there, I would have asked for it to be completely waived. At $34 plus tip, I'd rather go to a similar chain and pay $19 for a haircut. The referral promotions have also become so cumbersome that I've stopped bothering with them. They used to send SMS promotions with 50% discounts or similar offers, but those seem to have disappeared. Seriously, it looks like a hair piece covering a bald spot. Had this cut been for a special occasion, we would have stayed home. After years of loyalty and bringing family and friends, this experience has me seriously reconsidering where I spend my money.
