I expected Western Dental to be a business that you had to be careful when you deal with them, and…read moreread the fine print. I did, and was able to opt out of my right to take them to court them if something went wrong (why would anyone do that, but i can see why they ask), and the standard disclaimers when you get major surgery. I have been ashamed to smile for the past 30 years. It wasn't a big deal when I was young and good looking, but time changes stuff, and now i'm old and my amazing good looks are not enough to counter things like 2 big ugly teeth in the front of your face...it really stifles your self confidence. These people dug right in there and took care of business. I had 5 upper implants installed and 5 teeth removed. You would think that with such an invasive surgery that you would be sore for days or weeks, but that wasnt the case. I had a headache the first night and no to very little pain and i have healed perfectly...I'm 55 too, but they did such a great job, the healing is quick. I heal quick anyway so all the better. I haven't got my final implants yet, but they did make me a temporary denture so can eat and i can see what my teeth will look like and WOW!. So happy! I spent $1200 on veneers and i was never happy with them because they look so phoney. I'm still not done yet and things could change, but so far the Dr.s and assistants that work for them are top of the line and i recommend them highly. I'm a very skeptical person and do my research as well. Even the cleaning they did was the best cleaning I have ever had...My teeth actually looked clean! Anyway, I'm not done yet, but so far, it's great and I'm really happy with everything. I should be getting my finished implants in June, and i will be doing a follow up. So if you didn't get it, I highly recommend them (so far). My only complaint is that I wish they would get their website together so you can manage your account.

They give you appointment cards that have a complete different office name on them, not western dental & following my last visit about 10 minutes after leaving the office were i got a cleaning & filling done, I got severe vertigo & nausea I was in the parking lot vomiting , my husband called the office to notify them & they just brushed it off as if it was no big deal. He did too many fillings in one day & on paper work they report the fillings as if they are done on separate days. Now today, a week later after we reported this incident I received a call from the office telling me that they now refuse to see me & my husband at this office..... because why? Because you guys did a poor job & I complained? I never planned on coming back after that day anyways, but too direct the blame towards me & refuse service? Do you not want to face the mistakes you made ? Im reporting it all to the dental board now after this. ,,,, since writing this review they have rescheduled 3 appointments for me without talking with me. I try to call the office and do not get any answer. The fillings they did on my husband are now falling out & causing him severe pain on top of all this. Go anywhere but here for your dental work. Update 6/7/26 : I received paperwork in the mail saying I was actually denied the deep cleaning they did so I do not understand why he did it anyways. Also they responded to this review with a generic pre written response they give everyone who has a complaint. Not once have I been contacted by the office nor do they answer, STILL.

After a quick google search of "dentists near me", I encountered Dr. Cheong. He is a young dentist that is highly skilled and very easy to talk with. Not only was I squeezed in to his schedule right then and there, within a short period of time my tooth was comfortable his office billed my insurance for everything. Zero out of pocket! I would be willing to drive from far away to get this high level of care and service. I recommend this office big time!

Went to get an injection for my dog's itching but since the pills work pretty well I declined the…read moreshot as it was $224. Whatever. The problem was with the staff when I requested that they call in a refill for the pills that were prescribed on our prior visit. They wanted me to call the online pharmacy and inform them that his weight had changed a little. When the receptionist called me and asked me to call the pharmacy with the updated weight, I said, "no don't put me in the middle of this since you have to call anyway. She said ok. I got a call back from her a little later informing me that it was my responsibility to call the online pharmacy with his new weight. I could not believe what I was hearing so I indulged her lazy a and called the weight in to the pharmacy. I think the Dr. is very good as are the other employees I have encountered on other visits. This receptionist just gives the business a very bad name because she is so lazy. I would like to speak with Dr. Keller as this employee is bad. Because this medication is weight based, she would have had to give them his weight. I cannot think of a bigger waste of my time since she had to give them the weight anyway. I would think she needs some remedial training at least if not fired.
