He doesn't take insurance but offers a level of care I have not found anywhere else. More than worth it. He also tends to run late with appointments, but he will always give you the time you need, not the time an insurance company dictates. He's incredibly proactive about medications. I have a condition that has been very difficult to treat, and I know I would not be here today if it weren't for his help and guidance. Also, the receptionist rocks.

I have been coming here for a few years and the staff is equally amazing. They are so many things that I love about the office but if I had to choose one it would be the Robes that you change into before your I keep telling them that the doctor needs to sell them in the office. The office is beautifully decorated I have had the pleasure of starting out at the old office and that one was equally as nice. My appointment was at 6:15 a.m. it was the best I did not have to be late for work and the appointment was very quick the doctor was not there to read my scans and it was okay they called me back right away for a follow-up that was needed. I hope other doctors offices think about early appointments. Five stars are just not enough if you're looking for a great place to go for your mammogram don't hesitate to call Bay Radiology.

She carefully listens to all of my concerns and sometimes, I think she reads my mind- she is so good at addressing all of it. She is very serious about her job and makes me feel so comfortable and confident while and during the appointments. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a true professional! She is excellent with any kind of problems you might experience! I've seen Dr. Malta answer the phones, run credit cards, call health insurance companies, and work the front desk. And he has National Geographic in the waiting room. Let me just say, Dr. C is an old-fashioned kind of doctor. He didn't have a nurse to assist him, he actually comes out to the waiting room to get his own patients. He doesn't take credit cards, only cash or check. He took vital signs himself. As a nurse myself, I can assure you that this is a rare find. Really. He actually took the time to talk AND listen to me, gave me some samples of medication, and ordered a MRI. I really did get the impression that he cared about the outcome, not that I was just another insurance claim for him to file. Also behind my favorite physical therapist, chiropractor and massage therapist, Chiro 1st. The office is nice and modern, well appointed and decorated. The waiting area is a private room away from the front door, which is a nice touch. I waited an entire two minutes before being seen by the doctor. He's very upbeat, patient and thoughtful. Also has a sense of humor which is important to me. His staff is also very friendly but all business too. You can pay you copay online the day before your appointment and it's very easy. That is cool. Lots of paper work and it was just easier to print out and use a device called a "pen" to write by hand the answers to the questions they asked. You can also answer some online but he will refer to what you write on your first visit. So that is a good time to convey what you want him to know. You may not remember everything when consulting with him. I hope I don't have to see a lot of this doctor in the future but if you're in the market for a general surgeon, this is worth checking out. I think I got into the wrong line of work. That looks like something I would enjoy. I'll keep you posted on how things turn out! Cheers
