I would second the opinion expressed above. I had a horrible experience in this saloon. A male staff entered the room while I was getting a treatment done trusting that the lady doing my treatment would have taken care to lock the room from outside as she said. But suddenly I saw a man entering the room without even knocking once not bothering that the customer getting treatment inside could be in a condition not suitable for anyone male to see. I screamed in anger and shock. While I was hopeful that the owner would take significant action against the chap, to my utter shock, rather than apologising, they instead started saving the guy by lying that the child had come upstairs and not the guy. Not even bothered that their customer is in tears and cannot be in that condition if she hadn't actually seen the male staff entering. I have never seen such a treatment being given to a customer anywhere else before. On constant complaints they said they will not allow that misbehaving guy to work in the saloon. BUT they again broke the customer's trust as I could see the same guy working happily in the saloon after a few days. Plus the saloon is extremely low on hygiene. I realised it only after visiting some better saloons in the same vicinity. The professional care I got from the other saloons made me realise what a mistake it was to visit the HiS&Hers saloon. I will not this mistake ever in my life and I'm writing this review so that innocent girls/ladies like myself can be saved from this unprofessional and unhygienic saloon. read more
