They were too busy chatting with regular customers who they seemed to know quite well. I didn't feel like the stylist actually listened to me as I wanted my hair in a new style and quite a bit shorter but ended up with a cut that looks exactly as the one I came in with, just a bit shorter and more refined. It's not a bad cut, they definitely know what they are doing, I'm just disappointed to have paid 40 quid for a cut that looks exactly as the one I walked in with. The salon itself is small, tidy and welcoming. The staff seem to know what they are doing, maybe I just caught them on a bad day, I'm not sure. I won't be returreturning myself, but if you live in the area and are looking for relatively straightforward service, it may be worth a visit.

Not only I received really good customer service, I felt really comfortable and welcome. Sarah was the stylist who did my hair and she was fantastic. The woman who does the nails works extremely quick, and she knows exactly what she is doing. The extensions would look great even after 3 weeks of having them, without even a need for a refill. You do need to have an appointment, but she is extremely helpful - once I rocked up at 6:45 pm without an appointment a day before my holiday, and she still did my nails. I also don't have any hygiene concerns, as she keeps her equipment sterile. She has a nice selection of colors and is quite happy to experiment with whatever ideas your imagination has. I also pop into there for a quick eyebrow threading from time to time, when I am unable to maintain the shape myself. And again - it is always a pleasurable experience and I always walk out with a smile from this place!

The business has been through several re-brands over the years so I must say I don't know the current owner but the staff are long serving. Kim, Shirley and Debbie are the ones to go to. Great service, skills and chat - even when you're hungover and getting a cut! All 3 are popular so you need to book in advance. As long as they stay whenever the next re-brand happens I'll be happy. Stack load of women's magazines to choose from if that's what you like. Comfortable waiting area.

Obviously I go because I'm happy with their "work", but I've always enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere & banter. Supercuts at Wembley Central is a franchise store in the Supercuts chain, it is in a good location…read morebeing in the Wembley Central Shopping Centre, which basically is right next to the Underground and Overground Station, and about a 5-10 minute walk from Wembley Stadium. With a little to wait until my train home from Manchester, having stayed over the previous night in Wembley after watching Manchester City defeat Spurs 3-1, I called in here looking for a haircut and beard trim, the prices seemed reasonable considering it is a franchise store, the prices on the window actually matched the normal non-franchise stores I'd expect in Manchester etc which was good. When I visited, the store seemed really quiet in terms of staff and customers, I was greeted by a slightly reluctant member of staff who went on to tell me they didn't have a barber, and I immediately laughed that a salon/barbers didn't have a barber which made no sense, she was only able to try to direct me to a different store nearby. I feel this branch of Supercuts deserves a single one star because of this, one of their main services they could not offer, and the overall feel of the store, on a weekend when I'd have expected the store to be busy, was just poor, quiet and it's a shame to see a franchise store in the Supercuts chain, being so different to the main brand of Supercuts, to the point where if you'd have told me it wasn't a Supercuts at all, I would have believed you.

Having agreed £40 for the roots, no cut and no blow dry I was happy to go ahead and book an appointment. Turning up for my appointment it was not the stylist that I booked but I went ahead with it as I was travelling the day after and wanted it done. The colour job was ok for a local little salon and for the price. As I was going to pay suddenly the owner's husband said it would be £60, not £40. I recalled the price clearly and o had even put it in my calendar with the apponinent details. There was a very bad atmosphere. I tipped the stylist and left. The owner said that she was sorry and that she'd made a mistake with the price when she booked me in. She wasn't looking me in the eyes and there definitely was a feeling from my part that it was the husband just jumping in trying to get some more money and that she was embarrassed about the whole situation. By all means use them. The dye job was ok for the price I agreed but what I would advice is to get the quotation in writing. I can see that people who are a bit softer than me would just pay up the extra money to avoid the very uncomfortable situation.

I got my very first set of acrylic nails here! I was going on a trip to Greece in late September…read moreand wanted to treat myself to a set of acrylic nails. I got the acrylic nails with gel polish and the chrome add-on and the total came out to £65.00, and I prepaid online so there was no hassle when my nails were done, I just walked out the door. I had a very nice experience with my nail technician who made good conversation during the appointment. I got exactly what I requested. Though during the filing, I was noticing that it seemed like my skin around the cuticle and sides of my finger were getting sanded too and it was a bit uncomfortable and left the a bit agitated and slightly red for a couple days after. There was also excess acrylic on the underside of the nail that made it not smooth and a bit of a hinderance around the sides of the undersides of the nail that I wish she had filed away before the end of the appointment. However, the nails are still staying on pretty good for a month's grow-out time. (the attached photos are fresh out of the salon). The ambiance of the salon was on-par for a normal salon; nothing that overly stood out or sparked concern. The salon is located in a convenient area, it's near the Tube station and Westfield mall.
