Hired Help, Russell was fabulous! I am so pleased to have had him answer my call for help. I had ordered a power recliner from Amazon and we couldn't get it to work. The Seller wasn't responding to my emails. Amazon was helpful, but still had a brand new chair just taking up space--power recliners don't do anything without "power"! Hired help aka Russell was professional, caring, personable and efficient. He showed up ahead of time and did everything he could to make sure I could recline by the time he left. I just feel so fortunate to have him respond quickly and come the next day to fix. read more

We were told that they would be here on one day at a certain time and they never showed up. Then we had to call them to clarify what happened and we were met with excuses. He didn't recap the plugs. He never even came back to finish. $1,250 for this patchwork. He also said that this quote was from the owner of the company also who we never saw. In other words.
