Y'all I'm glad that ties are severed with this temp agency. This agency will send you places where…read moreyou will either get assaulted or they have clients that they work with that could treat you any type of way even wasting your time before you even start work and they can end your assignment for any callus reason. There are a lot of snowflakes who don't care about humanity or the fact that they put you in places where there's either no air conditioning no controlled climate or don't really care about how you're treated or the severity of the savages that they put you to work with. I believe they lack empathy and this is the case when I talk to representative by the name of Erica and I told her how I did not appreciate a client that they sent me too (Dclutter) wasting my time with interviews and a walk-through everything was well but they also had me do onboarding like I was going to work and all of a sudden severed the ties because of two employees who I did not know being jealous hateful and spiteful and speaking ill of me there yes there are a lot of crabs in a barrel who happened to be of people of color as well but show WS tendencies and actions and they go with the words of those people no matter what they may feel or do I contacted that client and told them that was not right or fair because the employees got in their ear because for whatever reason they did not like me upon seeing me and yes there's a lot of ugly wicked evil entities like that at places like this especially in this place called dclutter a UK based company here in Kennesaw Georgia. Like I mentioned they're very unempathetic I had to file a police report with an assignment that I was at through The Candy factory because a lady there that was a client with them did not know how to keep her hands to herself I have since worked there and quit because they weren't doing anything and is the same thing for this agency they lack basic humanity understanding but expect you to do everything that they want sounds like modern day slavery don't waste your time. Yeah they say they don't discriminate but we all know they actually do that's why they lie and feel like they can put you anywhere and treat you anyway they want let's just be real.

Sent out on a job in Rome GA, met Brock from Coworx there. About 30 people showed up to help move a…read morecompany from one location to another. After sitting around in the parking lot for 3 hrs waiting to go to work, Brock informed us that the company didnt need us that day and that we would get paid for the 12 hour shift anyway. Brock informed us to show back up the next day and be read to work. I arrived back the next morning and noticed there were only about 4 of us employees there. Upon sitting for roughly about an hour or so We were informed by one of the other workers that he had just got off the phone with Brock and that the company did not need us again this day, he also informed us that Brock stated we would be paid for a total of 18 hrs. since we did show up to go to work. During the next week I faxed in my direct deposit info and called Monica at Coworx. Monica told me to fax this info to here so that I would be paid by direct deposit this week, and so I did. After waiting a week and checking my bank account....no deposit was made so I gave Brock a call. Brock informed me that my check was mailed out to me. After waiting another week I gave Brock another call and he was questioning me as if I hadnt shown up for work on the second day. I informed him of what had been sid at the Rome company and he told me he would turn my hours in so I would get paid. Im still sitting here after weeks without any pay. So far the money is being deposited, mailed, turned in.......I wonder what the next excuse will be...I will keep you posted.

I worked for Enercon for about twenty years and now that I've put several years of retirement…read morebetween then and now, I'll offer an opinion. It's a good company, particularly if you want to do nuclear plant work. Although Enercon has branched out into other engineering areas, contract work for numerous nuclear plant utilities is their main gig. They have several offices around the country which serve clients on a regional basis. The Kennesaw office (Atlanta) is the largest and hosts the corporate headquarters. Transfer between offices is common so your chances of relocating are good if that's what you want. The company also has quite a few employees in staff augmentation positions at various client sites. In terms of work environment, Enercon is fairly people-oriented and encourages a somewhat casual but professional environment. It's an employee-owned company and thus offers a healthy stock distribution program (ESOP) as well as quarterly gainshare, assuming a profitable quarter. Base salaries are competitive in the industry. Enercon is a large company but not the largest player in the field so they have to offer attractive pay packages to keep people happy. The company also hires non-regular employees on a temporary basis. Expect to work with highly qualified and motivated people, and expect to be regularly evaluated against that standard. The negatives? In my time, there was quite a bit of unpaid overtime required. If a project was over budget or behind schedule, the folks assigned to that project often bore an unfair burden of getting the balance sheet above water. This is not unusual in the industry though. Expect to sacrifice some weekends. There's also a lot of travel, generally short three or four day trips to client sites but also longer trips, sometimes with short notice. You're expected to travel on your own time, getting on a plane Sunday to be there Monday morning for example. Overall, I left Enercon with a positive feeling. Lots of trials and exasperation over the years but mostly it was a good experience.
