I was finally able to purchase the online course with my credit card. I was unable to begin the online course. The website kept sending me back to the starting point. I finally gave up and phoned customer service to request a refund. They refused. I explained that I was unable to get their product to function properly. They still refused. When I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), I learned that the BBB gave them a D- for failure to respond to complaints. As if that wasn't annoying enough, the next day I discovered three fraudulent charges to my credit card from three different dining establishments, two in California and one in Missouri. Perhaps that was just a bizarre coincidence, but it's the first time I have ever had that happen.

She's a very selfish, manulpulative and deceptive person. The employees are being hired but they are quitting on her just as fast as she is hiring without background checks. She doesn't pay her employees on time and has lied to the police on her employees. The children are watchd after but not very well. Broken toys, wet diapers and supposedly 24 hours but closes around midnight. Accuracy, precision, and care are not in this womans daycare. I strongly advise you to NOT bring your children here. I have duplicate and triplicate invoices printed with sequential numbering and called to complain about the legibility of second and third copies. I had 2,000 copies printed (over $500 if I remember correctly) and apparently they printed numbers that we have already used as well as printed illegible numbers. This company is the only company I have ever used so why would they print the same numbers twice? Frustrated by guessing at invoices numbers, I called to ask what could be done. I was informed that they use a third party for numbering and the vendor advised them that this is a common problem and they can't guarantee the numbering won't be smudged. What?? I advise you to keep your $ and find a company with integrity.
