Our son has flourished as a result of their dedication and commitment to the Kumon process. His self-confidence has improved as has his entire scholastic performance thanks to the team here. This is the 3rd Kumon that we have used due to job transfers, but it is the ONLY Kumon that we came back to. The others were great as well, but this one is special. If you are looking for a process to help your child get a leg up on their math and/or English studies, I cannot recommend this particular establishment strong enough. Imagine a 10-year-old who wakes up on Saturday mornings and jumps right on a math assignment FOR FUN. This is what my son does. My son was only here for 4 weeks & literally everyday was being sent home with soiled clothes. I went & bought brand new underwear & sweatpants for his cubby & they couldn't even take the time out to change my child. The day before I withdrew him, he had a literal piece of poop in his underwear & I know they must have smelled it b/c as soon as he got in my car, I did. They made my son VERY uncomfortable going here & NEVER took the time out to stoop to a toddler's level to talk to him & care to see what was bothering him. He was coming home to me with scratches & telling me everyday that a kid in his class was hitting him DAILY(I have this on camera) & when I brought it up to the staff they smacked their teeth & dismissed it. Every staff member here NEEDS MORE TRAINING! Don't be in the child care business if you don't know how to CARE FOR A CHILD! Toddlers AT THAT! Shameful! I called the corporate office & she told me to try another location but honestly , I don't want my son in no other Kids R Kids ever again. I should've listened to the other reviews from the very beginning. SMH!
