And it was just that - a perfect fit for our needs at this time. We stopped by, met David, got the tour and came back a few days later and joined. The rates are quite nice. Today marks the end of 6 straight weeks of 3-times weekly workouts we've gotten in. David is always very helpful in making sure we're using the proper form on each piece of gear and all the other clients we've encountered here have been very nice. Couldn't be happier - so glad we found Perfect Fit Wellness Center!

Bev is an awesome teacher as she focuses on a different part of the body each week so it never gets boring. This is mindfulness yoga so she emphasizes centering, a calm mind, and listening to your body so you don't go beyond your edge. She's great at responding to individual needs to perfect a pose and provide props. Class sizes are very small (max size is 4) so you get lots of individual attention. BLUF: Overall…read moreKatrina's Power Vinyasa class is fun and challenging. I would recommend her class to anyone. It is a must for out-of-towners and locals alike. I took the Monday Power vinyasa class taught by a woman named Katrina. The first time I took the class the music was a bit loud and it was hard to hear her instructions and guidance. Overall the class was physically and mentally demanding but in a fun and lighthearted way. I can tell she has a kind heart and pushes us not to our limit, but to what she thinks each of us can do. Continually telling us to modify as needed, because just as in life or yoga one needs to practice grace. She waited outside of class to greet each of us and make sure we were OK. She asked me how the class was and I told her it was fun and great and challenging, except for the music part...I had to compliment her on a well-put-together class that put me through the wringer on many different levels; it started slow until we warmed up then the fun challenging aspects came full force. BUT the music was a bit loud for me to properly hear her instructions at times. That was the one thing that could be improved upon in her class. She took my feedback with grace and understanding and a bit of an infectious smile. I am happy to report that the next Monday I took her class the music was not present the first 4-5 minutes of the class, allowing us to focus on her instructions completely. Then somewhere after those first few minutes, she turned the music on, but at a low enough level for us to hear, but not so loud that it overpowered her voice. Again this class was quite demanding, both physically and mentally. Yet it was still super fun and stress relieving. I feel like I'm being taken to task in her class and it is Great! It is something I think I need more of after a long day at work, to go through something so demanding that I forgot about the day's stresses and I can get lost in the beautiful process that is yoga.

I started taking classes here through ClassPass then became a member within a month or so. After only a couple weeks of going primarily to Barre3, my butt has never been bigger (in the best way). I already thought my legs were my best feature, and Barre3 has only made them better. I actually have a solid core, and I actually LIKE my arms now -- both of which were my most difficult areas to tone previously. Workouts are low impact, but definitely full body, fun and done to the music and lights. Stretching and breath work are also included in each workout (only less so in the 45mins class vs. the hour-long one). The staff and community are all incredibly welcoming, and the instructors are very motivating and inspirational. The space is very clean, and they have amenities like dry shampoo and deodorant if you're in a hurry after class, but there are no showers. My only wish is that there are more classes each day. I try to take a class 5+ times a week if I can, but my work schedule conflicts often. Also if there are less than 3 people signed up for a class (like the 6am), then they will not hold the class. Although I recently heard they will be adding more to the schedule by the end of January, and there have been more patrons since the new year. Here's to hoping! I highly recommend Barre3!

The Rooted Rose is in the same shopping center as my parent's church so when I visit them, I am always here. Now that Rooted has joined us I can easily walk in for a class after driving the 10 hour trip and get my body centered again! I told my mom this has to be my routine now. Last night I joined with our instructor Emma for a vinyasa flow, and OMG! My watch told me I set a new record for burning calories in a yoga session, I believe it. It was incredible, the flows Emma guided us through. I slept like a baby after that, SO MANY THANKS! There is a plant shop inside the studio, so calming! I cannot say enough great things about our experience. First, I sent a message to the studio on Facebook and Danny called me that same day. Each of our sessions have been different and tailored to our needs. Danny is engaging, warm, attentive and is helping us with form from beginning to end. Yoga is the highlight of our week. We have not met the other instructors but have no doubt they are amazing. Danny is the owner. This studio is an absolute jewel in Castle Rock.

They made a custom wedding sign, wished them a happy wedding during class, played a special song, and even had flowers ready--every little detail was thoughtful and personal. My sister and her partner had never tried hot yoga before, and by the end, they were glowing, exhilarated, and could not stop raving about it. They can't wait to be married and come back regularly! The instructors were expert, professional, and so kind, creating a perfect balance of challenge and encouragement. The whole experience felt celebratory, joyful, and incredibly memorable. If you want a studio that truly cares about its students and goes above and beyond to make an experience unforgettable, this is it. We are beyond impressed and will be back again and again!!!

Went to replenish my account this week and was told I have 15 credits that expire in 2 weeks. Inquired about extending the expiration because of the misinformation I was provided but was declined? Was disrespectful informed it is my responsibility to keep track of my credits. Tactless and rude reply... I'll namaste my practice and money elsewhere.
