And it was just that - a perfect fit for our needs at this time. We stopped by, met David, got the tour and came back a few days later and joined. The rates are quite nice. Today marks the end of 6 straight weeks of 3-times weekly workouts we've gotten in. David is always very helpful in making sure we're using the proper form on each piece of gear and all the other clients we've encountered here have been very nice. Couldn't be happier - so glad we found Perfect Fit Wellness Center!

This is mindfulness yoga so she emphasizes centering, a calm mind, and listening to your body so you don't go beyond your edge. The Rooted Rose is in the same shopping center as my parent's church so when I visit them, I am always here. Now that Rooted has joined us I can easily walk in for a class after driving the 10 hour trip and get my body centered again! I told my mom this has to be my routine now. Last night I joined with our instructor Emma for a vinyasa flow, and OMG! My watch told me I set a new record for burning calories in a yoga session, I believe it. It was incredible, the flows Emma guided us through. I slept like a baby after that, SO MANY THANKS! There is a plant shop inside the studio, so calming! I cannot say enough great things about our experience. First, I sent a message to the studio on Facebook and Danny called me that same day. Each of our sessions have been different and tailored to our needs. Danny is engaging, warm, attentive and is helping us with form from beginning to end. Yoga is the highlight of our week. We have not met the other instructors but have no doubt they are amazing. Danny is the owner. This studio is an absolute jewel in Castle Rock.

They made a custom wedding sign, wished them a happy wedding during class, played a special song, and even had flowers ready--every little detail was thoughtful and personal. My sister and her partner had never tried hot yoga before, and by the end, they were glowing, exhilarated, and could not stop raving about it. They can't wait to be married and come back regularly! The instructors were expert, professional, and so kind, creating a perfect balance of challenge and encouragement. The whole experience felt celebratory, joyful, and incredibly memorable. Went to replenish my account this week and was told I have 15 credits that expire in 2 weeks. Inquired about extending the expiration because of the misinformation I was provided but was declined? Was disrespectful informed it is my responsibility to keep track of my credits. Tactless and rude reply... I'll namaste my practice and money elsewhere.
