This food truck definitely exceeded everyone's expectations and added a fun element to the event and was a great alternative to what normally would have required bringing in and managing food for a large group, Cheesy Dave's took care of everything making it easy with no cleanup for the team hosting the event. There was a solid layer under the black bean/corn salsa and it was about a 2:1 ratio to the actual lettuce. I love meat, so I was really happy! I normally am not a fan of corn, but the salsa was really tasty. The fries are also a must-have if you like spicy, well-seasoned fries! They're super addicting.
