I was treated rudely by the manager on Saturday dec 13 2025. She alleged I had not told MCS how long my hair was and she did this in front of all other clients. I was so embarrassed, the arrangement that a hair stylist has with the MCS service for elderly is between them not the client. My hair had just been washed when she decided to berat me and apparently this difference in length will change what she is paid by the MCS service. I don't understand this, because I have been to another stylist who takes MCS and never questioned my conversation with the person that makes the appointment by phone. She actually made me feel like I had done something wrong. I left with my wet hair and feel that something is not correct with the administration.
