Not only the hair was still grey , but the hair cut caused a lot of damage and it was uneven. The hair stylist recognized the work done was not appropriate and decided to re-do the work all over again. The final product was the same again. The worst part is that I got charged twice for the service and they didn't want to issue a refund. I do not recommend the services since the people that wrote a good review in the last are from people that left the place. So the person that is working will not provide quality service.

The day of my wedding, as any typical wedding day, things got crazy. I depended on transportation, my maid of honor was to take me there, however, her son (my godson) woke up sick and she had to take him to the hospital. Poor kid got better quickly, but we were scared. Anyway, arrived about 30 minutes later to my scheduled appointment. I had tried calling to let the salon know that I was going to be late, and was able to speak to the receptionist, but when I got there, Joyce Soler, the owner herself, spoke to me, politely and let me know that they couldn't do my nails, since I had arrived late and they were completely booked. I, of course, freaked out (in peace, though... appeared as if nothing), and silently, went outside, to the parking lot and did what I never thought I would do in public. Cried like somebody I loved had died and bawled my eyes out, alone. All in all, my maid of honor gets there, sees me bawling my eyes out and goes inside, I guess she did what didn't even occur to me, which was to explain to Joyce, that it was my wedding day (I guess I thought she already knew, since I had told her when I scheduled the appointment). Joyce Soler came out, apologized and offered to accommodate me. The rest of the day went out smoothly and each of her employees, stylists, what have you, were very supportive of me, funny, and made my experience there an enjoyable one. At the end of my appointments, my hair, nails and makeup looked great and I felt very confident and pleased!! Plus my style lasted all night, even though I nearly danced my extensions off and was drenched in sweat by the end of the night. Finally, I've gotten my nails done with gel on several occasions and kidd you not, this polish, gel, whatever you may call it, lasted 4 weeks, without a chip or anything. No se realizó ninguna evaluación antes de que se realizaran los trabajos. El trabajo estaba mal hecho. No duró ni una semana; El trabajo no era simétrico ni las cejas tenían la misma longitud. There was no evaluation done prior to the work being done. The work was poorly done. It did not last one week; the work was not symmetrical nor were the eyebrows the same length. I was not instructed on care and no antibacterial cream was given for the care of the work done. I had prior eyebrow work done, so I knew what to look for and thus know what I am talking about. On top of that I was charged an enormous amount for the poor work. When the person who did the work was approached, she just said it will be fixed on the touch up but would be an additional charge for the touch up. The price for the touch up was almost half of the initial cost was, crazy. Another person had the same happen to her. I also got my nails done, I felt the business had staff that was very inexperience and should not be servicing anyone. No further business to this "House of Nails". Would not recommend.

I was treated rudely by the manager on Saturday dec 13 2025. She alleged I had not told MCS how…read morelong my hair was and she did this in front of all other clients. I was so embarrassed, the arrangement that a hair stylist has with the MCS service for elderly is between them not the client. My hair had just been washed when she decided to berat me and apparently this difference in length will change what she is paid by the MCS service. I don't understand this, because I have been to another stylist who takes MCS and never questioned my conversation with the person that makes the appointment by phone. She actually made me feel like I had done something wrong. I left with my wet hair and feel that something is not correct with the administration. I notified MCS health insurance and told them what happened to me.
