Hand down the best electrolysis place I have been to. I've tried services in NM, southern California, northern California, virginia, Vermont and this place is by far the best results oriented place. I first came here when I was about 19 and they killed most of my upper lip hair. Now I'm in PR for a month and I will be visiting them. Evidently this place has 2 locations. My bad experience was in Condado, but was bad enough to warrant making sure that customers considering both locations know. Horrible experience! I bought a package for laser hair removal of my pubic area, with a strip of hair to be left in place. Evidently hair removal takes multiple sessions, with increasing progress each session, so a package is the norm. The first session went great. However, the technician for the 2nd session made a mistake and before I knew what had happened, she lasered off ALL of my pubic hair! This is NOT what I wanted. I decided at first to continue the treatments, hoping the strip would grow back thick enough if we just left it alone. I told the owners that I was willing to give it a year to see if the hair would grow back but that if it didn't look right after a year, I would like to have what was left of the strip lasered off too. I told her I expected that if a correction was needed, that they would make it for free. They refused, saying that "that's not fair", and that I would have to pay if it needed correcting. Are you kidding?!?!?!? They mistakenly laser off my hair, and expect me to PAY to fix it if it doesn't grow back in properly? I discontinued my package, and got my money back, but now I have to figure out how to clean up their mess. Completely inexcusable. read more
