Not only the hair was still grey , but the hair cut caused a lot of damage and it was uneven. The hair stylist recognized the work done was not appropriate and decided to re-do the work all over again. The final product was the same again. The worst part is that I got charged twice for the service and they didn't want to issue a refund. I do not recommend the services since the people that wrote a good review in the last are from people that left the place. So the person that is working will not provide quality service.

The day of my wedding, as any typical wedding day, things got crazy. I depended on transportation, my maid of honor was to take me there, however, her son (my godson) woke up sick and she had to take him to the hospital. Poor kid got better quickly, but we were scared. Anyway, arrived about 30 minutes later to my scheduled appointment. I had tried calling to let the salon know that I was going to be late, and was able to speak to the receptionist, but when I got there, Joyce Soler, the owner herself, spoke to me, politely and let me know that they couldn't do my nails, since I had arrived late and they were completely booked. I, of course, freaked out (in peace, though... appeared as if nothing), and silently, went outside, to the parking lot and did what I never thought I would do in public. Cried like somebody I loved had died and bawled my eyes out, alone. All in all, my maid of honor gets there, sees me bawling my eyes out and goes inside, I guess she did what didn't even occur to me, which was to explain to Joyce, that it was my wedding day (I guess I thought she already knew, since I had told her when I scheduled the appointment). Joyce Soler came out, apologized and offered to accommodate me. The rest of the day went out smoothly and each of her employees, stylists, what have you, were very supportive of me, funny, and made my experience there an enjoyable one. At the end of my appointments, my hair, nails and makeup looked great and I felt very confident and pleased!! Plus my style lasted all night, even though I nearly danced my extensions off and was drenched in sweat by the end of the night. Finally, I've gotten my nails done with gel on several occasions and kidd you not, this polish, gel, whatever you may call it, lasted 4 weeks, without a chip or anything. Get your nails done in the main salon or your hair done in the adjacent outdoor oasis, hair removal services in a sparkling clean back room, or order a glass of wine and relax in their bistro/outdoor patio. We made an easy appointment for a bridal updo and makeup. The place was a little hard to find, just because the pins on the map are not the correct address. Location: find the farmacía Puebla, its right across the street on top of the tattoo parlor and pizza place. There are a few spots if parking which made it easy. My hair looked stunning. Jennie is so talented in what she does, & really can make suggestions as to what suits you. Makeup - Yajaira (sp?) was very sweet and gave me a smokey eye. Just tell them what you want and they will do it. If you say you want a lot of makeup, they will give you a lot. So just be specific! I did hope it was airbrush makeup, but since being on a small island - resources are low. You can bring in any makeup you want to use or use what they have there. I would have done the makeup myself and saved a lot of money, but I did look pretty and she was very sweet. If you are not good at applying makeup, then come get yours done. Otherwise save a lot of money. If I come to Rincon again, I would definitely come back to get my hair done if needed!
