We placed an emergency call to her and she never called us back . We Moved on. I met Dr rubenstein staff , had my yearly melanoma check up and one of the items I went to see him for was completely misdiagnosed by the old derm, she was causing scaring all over my body by freezing things that didn't need it . All I needed was CeraV for what dr rubenstein staff diagnosed as keratosis . With the CeraV it was gone within 3-4 days . I also tried his in office brand of skin care -the Retinol .5 and in one month i already see the lines disappearing . I use this treatment under my regular moisturizer and i'm very pleased I even use it in the fine lines under my chin and it's been great. there is no redness or reaction only soft smooth skin. I highly recommend this office and the retinol treatment . I'm going back to purchase eye cream . if it works as good as the retinol , This is the Go-to guy.

On the day of my first appointment several months back, everything was seamless. Teresa was more than friendly. On a few occasions I had to bring my kids with me and never felt like they were a burden. Both Teresa and Dr. Weintruab were very polite and professional. Then later they sent me a reminder for my appointment so I texted the text line (it was after hours at that point) to make sure they actually canceled it, they didn't. Short story, they harassed me at work the next day MULTIPLE times, about not having it on file that I canceled, had the nerve to ask me for screen shots of my call log to prove I called etc, I said sure! Then they went silent for several hours, then emailed me saying they were going to "wave the cancelation fee" WHAT CANCELLATION FEE?! I literally canceled more than 24 hours in advance therefor there was no cancellation fee to wave?? They have the worst customer service, so glad I didn't give my money to a place with such horrible organization and customer service! Don't let them scam you!

When I called my insurance they told me that they already issued payment prior to the bill being sent AND that I am not responsible for any experimental procedures. I have been going to David, PA, in the Thousand Oaks office for months now. I was having severe itching issues. David diagnosed a rare skin condition and got me on an injected medication immediately. David followed up with monthly in-office visits to do follow-up injections while I waited on prescription approval David also checked to make sure everything was working as intended. He also assisted with getting the prescription through my insurance company, which was a nightmare. And a big thank you to Katie, RN, who also had a lot to do with getting the insurance company to cover the medication. Katie not only got the prescription approved, but assisted in getting a very nice discount, which saved me thousands of dollars.
