This is the station to use when going to or through Burns. As a frequent traveler through Burns, I…read moregot to know the employees and the station well. The guys on day shift are AMAZINGLY sharp and friendly. They are all about the best customer service. They are always there with a biscuit for our dogs! The station is super comfortable inside. Two clean bathrooms and a whole array of snacks and meal-type food to satisfy you. I also want to point out that the prices are quite reasonable. While some stations are out to price-gouge, you won't find that here. It's a nice feature. As a female traveling alone, I've had questions a few times with pesky car issues. The guys are so helpful and will refer me to local places in Burns that can take care of specific problems. I didn't get to know the evening staff as well, but they are friendly and helpful too. The station is open 24/7/365, so count on it to be open if you need to drive through Burns at a nonstandard time.

We stayed in our camper on site for the whole time. A true blessing to us! We highly recommend this business.

The biggest pot was marked 59.99 the medium glazed pot was marked 39.99 and then the pot I had picked up was marked 24.99. The checker called her night manager up front and the night manager said that it was marked wrong and proceeded to take the tag off of the glazed pot that I was wanting to buy, and basically told me it was what it was 39.99 not 24.99. Needless to say I didn't buy the glazed pot. I told her I would buy the glazed pot I was wanting in Bend. She told me that the stores where independently owned and they could charge what they wanted, and I was free to shop in Bend, Redmond, Ontario,...etc. etc. Apparently this store don't need local business or least not mine.
