The guys on day shift are AMAZINGLY sharp and friendly. They are all about the best customer service. They are always there with a biscuit for our dogs! The station is super comfortable inside. Two clean bathrooms and a whole array of snacks and meal-type food to satisfy you. I also want to point out that the prices are quite reasonable. While some stations are out to price-gouge, you won't find that here. It's a nice feature. As a female traveling alone, I've had questions a few times with pesky car issues. The guys are so helpful and will refer me to local places in Burns that can take care of specific problems. I didn't get to know the evening staff as well, but they are friendly and helpful too. The station is open 24/7/365, so count on it to be open if you need to drive through Burns at a nonstandard time.

A young man downloaded the code but couldn't determine what it meant. He and who I assume was the owner and possibly the husband of young lady, went into the office downloaded to code and determined it was something to do with fuel injection and deceleration. Since I wasn't experiencing any problems, they reset the code (which hasn't reappeared) and said they would just drive it. I went back inside and asked what I owed them. They said nothing. Coming from the Bay Area of Ca, this kind of genuine service and kindness is hard to come by. If your from the area and are in need of mechanical work on a vehicle I would give them a try.
