Very bad experience with Precision and the owner. My saga started with Jaime, the owner, coming to…read moremy house to get my backhoe started. He diagnosed it as a bad fuel pump and preceded to put in a cheap gas instead of diesel replacement which he wired backwards and it cost me $700. The machine started and worked but wouldn't run without a jump and starter fluid. I used it for a few days in my yard until I could bring it into the shop as Jaime told me too. Precision had it for 4 days couldn't really figure out the problem so I told them I wanted it back and asked when I could pick it up. I drove to the shop with my trailer on a Friday around 4pm and the machine was still in pieces and had to return back home until they could put it back together later that night. I got the call around 730. To make a long story short the machine didn't really run anymore, Jaime had to be called into shop to get it sort of running it was now 9pm and it needed to be limped onto my trailer. They didn't charge me for the all the misdiagnoses they guessed at, but it did cost me $400 to hire someone else who fixed the problem Precision originally caused in less than an hour.

Frank promised to give a call with price quote & timeline. After 4 days of not hearing back. I called. Per the person who answered he had not touched the truck yet and was still not given a timeline or cost. After several more days I called again.. again the same no answers and again he took other vehicles before mine. After a week and a half and more calls I went there. He still hadn't worked on the truck. He promised it would be ready the next day and quoted $600-$700. The next day truck was still not done and was told that he yet again took in another truck that came in that day to work on. Finally the day after that I got my truck back only to be given a bill over $1,000 and of course after driving it only a few miles found out he never fixed the Limp mode. When I picked up my truck they told me to never go back and that I was rude for calling so much. These people knew I needed my truck for my business had it for weeks, over charged me and didn't fix the main issue I came in for.
