When we arrived, we had time to look at the drink options while watching the bartender create a delicate, delightful looking cocktail for the person in front of us. My friend and I had ordered Italian food, so we went with wine on this visit. The bartender was very knowledgeable about the local wines that he was pouring, and the prices were quite reasonable. Quality beverage options are a huge plus for the likely success of a cart pod. This one is a winner.

Loved how incredibly charming this beer bar is, set in the most quintessential PNW neighborhood. Not only were the bartenders friendly, but fellow patrons were also welcoming. We really enjoyed getting to socialize while enjoying our beers. They have a fantastic selection of beers on draft and an overwhelmingly phenomenal selection of bottled/canned beer that you can take home (we ended up with 6 beers in our suitcase home, although we wished we had room for 30). We also enjoyed tasty burgers & fries from the on-site food truck. I think if we lived in Portland, this would easily be a place we'd frequent each week. Definitely a beer gem in Oregon!

This place got shut down for a rat infestation last year. Since I work nearby, I thought I would support Support local business since they reopened and cleaned-the place up. I was just there today and had a happy hour portion of tater tots and a garden salad and also got a couple slices of cake to go. The happy hour price on the menu for the tater tots is six dollars. They charged me seven dollars. They charged me $.50 for a small side of ranch for my salad. I ordered a slice of carrot cake and a slice of pink champagne. I just got home and they put fun Fetty cake in the box. I trusted the restaurant to give me what I ordered and so I didn't think I had to double check the boxes since they were in a bag that was already tied. I bartend at a local bar in the area and often recommend Bridge city to our customers. Never again. I feel robbed. Never again will I order my kids birthday cakes there either. I know it's just a few dollars but it's principle. Integrity is everything to me. And the biggest issue is honestly not the mistake in the cake, I have never ordered a salad at any restaurant my entire life and been charged for salad dressing. Have you? Shouldn't salad dressing come with salads? isn't that a given?
