So, I take them home and put them on and cannot see a thing. Everything far and near was blurry. So, I call this morning to communicate my frustration, and I was told to bring them in. I bring them in and of course the wrong lens on them after I paid a large amount of money, but we go round and round on a solution which was order new lens another 2 weeks, and then not sure they will work. Then I see the office manager who I relay my situation too and he has no desire to solve the issue and says, "just get a refund". Stands there with his hands in his pockets. He should read Customer Service for Dummies! First and last visit to this Optical Store! What a Circus!!

I hired these folks at top dollar to care for my dad with Alzheimers Disease on a relief basis…read more They were supposed to care for him on weekends. So on one occasion, the regular caregiver found him on Monday a.m. in his living room asleep on the floor in the fetal position, with the same clothes on that he had on Friday. Clothes obviously completely soiled. The caregiver from Goodcare basically did nothing, while I paid well over $500 for the privilege. But, I realize things happen and I called Goodcare to let them know. They were nice enough and said they would take care of it. Several weeks later, the same thing happened. And of course they billed me for the privilege. So I called again, and told them I couldn't use them any more - I actually need someone to TAKE CARE of my dad on the weekends. Like shower him, change him, tuck him in. The kind of stuff that home care agencies are supposed to do. Jo Beth assured me she would speak with the owner and that he would contact me. I also asked if there was anything they could do about my bill, since I am paying for SERVICE that was never performed. She assured me that SOMETHING would be done and that I would hear from someone soon. Three weeks later, I've heard nothing but crickets. Sorry folks, but as far as I'm concerned, Goodcare is actually "No Care." And you pay $25 an hour minimum for "no care." Good day.
