STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I have a dryer that does…read morefour way venting. I needed it switched from rear to side venting. When I called they said they could definitely do that and scheduled me. The person they sent was AWFUL!!! He had no idea what he was doing, pretended like he did until he got the whole dryer taken apart and then said "oh you can't side vent this because there's not a hole here" when there is a knock out clearly marked and it says it in the manual that you can do it. Then he tried to charge me $79 for not knowing what he was doing. When I refused he got very aggressive and more rude.
