Top tier Indian food in cache valley right on Main Street across from S.E. Needhams. The staff is friendly and diligent and the food has come out quickly every time we have been here! I can vouch that the tikka masala and the butter chicken is absolutely delish. If you want more substantial naan then get the cheese nan, basically naan with a layer of melty cheese inside and it paired perfectly with the Indian spices. read more

I'm from out of town (Hawaii), and if I ever travel back to Logan, I would eat at Himalayan Flavor again. I'm kind of jealous the locals to have such a great restaurant to go to. I had the chicken biryani and an ungodly amount of strawberry lassi, haha! 10/10 The chicken biryani made me feel nostalgic, as this reminded me a lot of a restaurant from my childhood that unfortunately closed. Also, that strawberry lassi was BUSSIN. Wish I had photos, but I ate the food pretty much immediately after it was handed to me. Highly recommend. read more

What a JOKE! I think the only good reviews this place got were from people who have never been to Tandoori Oven which is also in Logan. The prices were WAY too much for the quality and quantity of food you get. The service was very slow (especially considering we were only one of like three tables of customers in the place. The waitress was very pleasant but that's the only good thing I can say. The inside was kind of ghetto and not very pleasant. The butter chicken was NOT butter chicken but rather more like Masala chicken. The Naan was more like a brittle cracker instead of bread. The amount of rice they give you with your $16 entree is about half of what u need for the meat and sauce. Go to Tandoori. What a huge disappointment. read more

I was also a fan of the Indian Oven that used to be in this same location but the new owners have only improved it. They still offer the traditional Indian food like masala and kurma (which are even better than before) but they also have some amazing Himalayan flavors and dishes. GO! Okay, I'll start by saying I was hesitant to try a new place in town only because I have a favorite that serves similar food. This place blew my expectations out of the water. I ordered online for pickup and the guy helping me at the front was super nice. My husband and I ordered our food at the Hot level of heat and the guy was worried it would be too spicy and threw in a small dish of rice pudding to cool our mouths. I thought that was so sweet. I ordered the Coconut Chicken and my husband got the Lamb Jalfrezi. All I have to say is WOW. The plain rice had an excellent aroma and flavor. The food was very well seasoned and the serving sizes were enough that I had leftovers for lunch the next day. The meat to sauce ratio was excellent and the meat was so tender, I could tear it apart with my spoon. I officially have a new favorite place in town. I'll update once I go back (which honestly, will be very soon. I need to try the Lamb Misala.) But at this point, I am so happy with this place. read more

It's been a long time since I had food with an array of flavor. Absolutely delicious and will be recommending this place to many people. The spice level ranges from 1 to 10. I ordered a 5 and it's about as spicy as hot salsa you find at a grocery store. I don't mind the spice as it added to the flavor. Give this place a shot.
