Pepperoni olives Pizza. Served HOT!!
J P.

First time staying here for 1 night. Room was very clean. THANK YOU, Alberta G. The thick glass windows kept room comfortable from loud fireworks I could see from the distance. It was 4th of July. Hotel food was delicious & Davey, our server made our dining experience a pleasant one. Ok, what I wish can improve. The water pressure on our shower was Weak. We were on the 4th floor. We had breakfast there the next morning. We were told the restaurant was short staffed. The food was delicious but I noticed they needed Extra hot coffee dispensers for a very busy morning. There was No labels for which coffee was Decaf or caffeinated. One employee told my husband which one was decaf. I tasted it. It was Not decaf. ‍ I would like to come back stay again. And hopefully get a room with a bathtub when my husband requested on the online booking.

What a great value and how refreshing defined hotel that has great customer service particularly after a long road trip. From check in to check out. The staff was amazing. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff checked up on us throughout our stay proactively to ensure that we were getting what we needed first class service without a doubt at a budget friendly price.

Ok just a quick update. We made a mistake this time around by not staying here as we usually do when visiting Lompoc. We stayed at another location which had really bad service at their restaurant so we just walked over to the Hilton garden inn for dinner. Didn't disappoint as usual. The pizza was nice and crispy, the jalapeños were fresh not pickled and spicy. We liked it very much. My wife also ordered a lemon drop Martini which was on point as usual. Thanks to Makayla for her attentive service as usual lol. I know she doesn't know us but she's been our waitress before. So yeah next time we will just stay here and if any of you have doubts don't, just stay here when in Lompoc.. see you soon.

I did not know this restaurant and bar was available to the public! My friend recommended us coming here because we weren't feeling the dive bar scene. This bar was really cute. We decided on the bar and our bartender Corey was really nice to us. I'm picky with my drinks and he was patient and able to accommodate. I got the strawberry coconut margarita on their menu but decided to sub out the tequila for mezcal. It was incredible. I'm really excited to find a new little spot. Will definitely be back

Our little doggie relaxing at Hilton Garden Inn, Lompoc, where they LOVE dogs!

Wow! What a GREAT Hilton Garden Inn! Wifey and I were displaced overnight due to the LA fires and this hotel came to the rescue! We piled our little black Shih Tzu into the car and drove the 2 hours to Lompoc. Everything from start to finish - the check-in, the room, the cleanliness, the beds, was top notch. Staff was marvelous. Exercise room was super clean. We were so well cared for. And guess what - we were able to leave our doggie in the room while we went out to eat. Stellar! They care about doggies because so many other evacuees were here too. Never been to Lompoc before, but surely this won't be the last time. Thank you, Hilton Garden Inn!

I had the opportunity to try out Hilton's conference room space and catering recently. It was such a great set-up! The hotel feels new and well designed. We were able to use the meeting space well, having a few tables set-up and the tech necessary to display a PowerPoint up on a screen. The food served during lunches was delicious- a full spread of various pizza choices and salad. They also kept us well stocked on coffee, tea, and water all day. Parking was a breeze in their lot out front.

I stayed here with my daughter while we were on a mini-vacation celebrating her birthday, and we had a really nice time. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and I was pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of all the employees I met. Our room was exceedingly clean, and I was grateful for this, especially during this time when everyone is still fearful of catching the COVID-19 virus. Not only was every corner of our room spotless, but I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. In addition, the entire staff made sure to wear masks and they encouraged/enforced social distancing of all. Our room was equipped with two queen-sized beds, a nice flat-screen TV, a desk for folks here on business, a small refrigerator, a small microwave, a one-cup coffeemaker, a hair dryer, and several other necessities for folks staying here for business or pleasure. This hotel has several features to make all their occupants' stays more enjoyable. This hotel has free parking, free Wi-Fi, a clothes washer and dryer, an ice maker, and a nice pool area. The pool area includes a small outdoor pool, small jacuzzi, an outdoor shower near the pool, and several tables and chairs to relax and socialize while enjoying your time outside by the pool. This hotel also has an inviting snack shop and a pleasant dining area inside for folks that would prefer to pay for their dining while here in the hotel. Overall, I had a really pleasant visit, definitely worthy of 4 stars. As pleasant as my stay was here, unfortunately, there was just nothing to elevate this from 4 to 5 stars for me. I'm a Hilton Honors member and I have stayed in numerous Hilton hotels over the years. Admittedly, my expectations are high because I am used to being treated as a more valued guest due to my loyalty to Hilton. And although I had a very pleasant experience here, unfortunately, I received no perks or special treatment for being a frequent member of their program. Hopefully the management and the staff will improve this for their future Hilton Honors guests. Regardless, I would still highly recommend this hotel for folks planning to stay in the area. Finally, be sure to check out all of my pictures for more details on my experience.

Love this hotel's gym. Clean. Cardio and various weight training equipment. It is also accessible 24/7.

Honestly, it was not a bad stay at all!…read more I only give this place 3.5 stars because it's pretty outdated in terms of furniture and layout. I loved how the bigger rooms/suites were in a separate building. I loved how conveniently assigned our room was to the doors/elevator. I know hotels tend to place families near them. The elevator was slow, but our halls were quiet. I felt like we were the only ones staying in our building and maybe we were. lol The breakfast room wasn't too far a walk, as it was in the same building near the pool. You need a key to get in there which I liked! Sometimes you don't want random people eating for free you know. Breakfast was a fully breakfast, and the lady kept everything clean and coming out. However, she was slow to refill and the eggs and bacon were a little oddly cooked. Like some of the thinnest bacon I've ever seen and the eggs were kind of rubbery. I did like the blueberry waffle mix though. And the fountain drinks were nasty! Checkin was smooth and the older black lady who helped us is super helpful and nice! They had the lobby festively decorated too for the holidays! Price was great for the sized room we have. Had a kitchenette, two bedrooms with tvs, two full baths, and another tv couch space next to the kitchenette. Rooms were decently cleaned, but the carpet was old and sunken in. Next to the dmv which I found odd, but wasn't too far from solvang which was the only reason we were in town!

Pros: Personally my family and I had a great stay here!…read moreFront desk staff was curious and informative, beds were comfortable le and very clean and they were able to accommodate early check in for us, for free! Unlike most places checkout is 12 noon (compared to the standard 11am)!!! Free breakfast was pletiful and had a great variety of food, coffee choices, and juice choices. While we didn't visit the hot tub or pool, they looked nice with decent seating and lounging around it. Good parking but entrances into the place aside from the front desk were a little confusing. Also breakfast area (hospitality room) was a bit difficult to find (go to the pool. On the outside across from the spa, is the hospitality room. There is a sign). Cons: (mostly cosmetic. I can see bad reviews being picky or for spoiled "resort dwellers" lol) - Air conditioner stinks at higher temperatures and start up. Once it gets goin its good. - top cover of the bed is itchy....but not really needed? Just make sure it's on top of the sheet if you use it. - could use more in room lighting. - wiring and lighting could be updated...little on the older side. 100% functional though without issue - some small paint or glue touch ups could be done... cheap and easy to do to be honest and can go a long way - biggest issue was bathroom. It was clean enough with clean towels but wall paper could be glued down where loose or replaced, door hinges were super rusty and ugly (just cosmetic. Don't think I'd go out of my way licking them or rubbing my face on them anytime soon). Under the door had water damage...not really the hotels fault in my opinion. Maybe add a weather plate to protect it or at least cover it up. - shower knob.Requires a little know how and muscle. Had to call for instructions. To turn the water on pulls the center temperature knob outward (toward you). Muscle is required and it feels like it'll break but it won't. Turning it off is the same way, just push in hard.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room was far from what I expected. To start with the positives, both the evening and morning front desk associates were friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, that was where the good experience ended. The room itself was in very poor condition. The lampshades were visibly dirty, and one even appeared to have what looked like a speck of blood on it. There was a thick layer of dust--about an inch--on the back side of the TV, which made it clear that the room hadn't been properly cleaned in quite some time. One of the "clean" towels had visible skid marks on it, which was honestly shocking and unacceptable. It didn't stop there--there was mold above the door and also on the bathroom wall. Then, upon checking out in the morning, I noticed a tissue hanging from the ceiling in the shower. That was the final straw. I did inform the front desk associate when I checked out, but I'm still stunned at the overall state of the room. This goes beyond a simple oversight--it reflects a serious lack of upkeep and attention to cleanliness. I hope Red Roof Inn takes a closer look at this location and invests in the maintenance and sanitation it clearly needs. Guests should not have to question basic cleanliness when staying at a hotel.

When we arrived, the hotel grounds looked nothing like the photos on the website. The property appeared rundown and poorly maintained, and the room itself was old, outdated, and did not resemble the listing at all. There were groups of people hanging around the parking lot engaging in what appeared to be shady transactions, and the strong smell of marijuana was present throughout the property. Most concerning was the fact that the door to our room did not have a working interior lock. We did not feel safe at all. Due to the unsafe environment and misleading advertising, we made the difficult decision to leave in the middle of the night and drive six hours back home. This was an extremely disappointing and stressful experience, and we regret booking this hotel. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.

There weren't any roaches, dirty towels or anything of that sort. Yes, it's located next to a Circle K and sometimes there are transients/addicts nearby. I was never bothered by any of them nor were any of the people in adjacent rooms (to my knowledge). I was gone during the day for work, so the room was really just a safe place to crash/shower/get ready. I had no problems whatsoever. I'll be booking there again in a few months and will give a 5th star if that visit matches the first. But all in all it was nice and served my needs.

In the morning it was so cold in the room that I was forced to check out 3 hours early with no shower. The front desk associate was very apologetic and said she would let the manager know. She noted that several heaters had been repaired recently, including that one. When we spoke on the phone the next day, she confirmed it wasn't working and had spoken to housekeeping about the missing soap and shampoo. When I finally spoke to the manager (Jacob), he said he would have to test it and call me back, then said it was working just fine and he could give me a 20% discount on my next stay. This place is a sham!
