    We had two queen beds

The check-in was quick and easy, we stayed in the south tower next to Waxy O'Shea. Beds were very comfortable, shower had great water pressure and hot water. The valet service was awesome, Jerry took great care of us! We will definitely stay here again!

The hvac unit in our room quit. When they took the cover off it was disgusting. We left.

Ac quit. They sent someone to look at it. When they took the cover off it was gross. Was over 80 in our room and they offered no solution. We left

We enjoy Hilton properties, however this stay has left us with mix feelings... Pros: Best location ever for Branson, Room Size, Staff (Jeff, Morgan, Christi, and random maintenance man), Valet is easy to use and the guys were awesome, always energetic despite the heat. Inside/ Outside Pool (outside pool was jamming w/ Music & Lounge) families appeared to be enjoying themselves. Conference Center is great and being connected to the hotel is such a huge plus. The restaurant has wonderful service, excellent options and food is delicious! The 2nd level bar is located perfectly with fun bartenders. Cons: Air Conditioner (major con), Staff (Night Front Desk Male (lazy) who said he could not add my Honor's number to the reservation even though I told him I was good status, while Morgan did it in 2.5 seconds the next morning). Room smells musty and warm due to AC not working w 90+ degree weather, worked the last night there, this is where the random maintenance man enters the story, we expressed disappointment in the hallway and he said let me just do something real quick- and bam it started working! Keep in mind we called down multiple times each day to express how hot our room were, with them telling us the engineer was on the roof working on it and no fans were available to bring to us. We did check out early due to AC concerns- which Jeff was great about. He did awesome customer service! **we were told the rooms are being renovated in 6 months**

Quick get away, unfortunately it went to fast! Loved the location and great staff. Only hiccup was the keycard a couple times but they fixed it quickly

The Hilton Branson Convention Center was a stop on my never ending summer road trip. It was a one night stay. My wife chose this Hilton after reading reviews of all the hotels in the area and concluded that this was the best. We booked a room with 2 double beds. With no Hilton status, we were upgraded to a nicer room overlooking the river after I asked nicely. The room we were given was nice and comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom had a nice shower. We had no complaints about our room. Service was great. The front desk personnel and valets treated us nicely. The gym was adequate for me to exercise in. It had treadmills and weight lifting equipment. As an infrequent Hilton guest, I no longer have status. Lowly members like me get to explore the city and and discover new breakfast places which was kind of enjoyable after eating hotel scrambled eggs the past 10 days. This Hilton is a good hotel in a good location.

This is my favorite Branson Hotel... MUCH nicer than its sis Myer Hilton At Branson Landing across the street. This is cleaner, prettier and has room service! The employees work both so it's not a service difference. This is just so much more quiet in the rooms! It always sell out faster than across the street so plan ahead!

    Head board

The hotel in general is really clean and updated as you enter. They did an excellent job decorating for the holidays. As we entered our room though, there were several cosmetic issues. Head board was torn, sheets were stained and there was evidence of clear signs of wear on a couple places. We were disappointed from the amount of money spent vs. what we received. All in all okay stay but would of appreciated the attention to detail.

The Branson Ozarks Inn, now operating as a Days Inn by Wyndham, fit the bill perfectly. Location was a huge win -- the theatre was just a few blocks away, so we didn't have to deal with any hassle getting there. Check-in was quick and painless, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start. Is the place a little dated? Sure. But you can tell they're in the middle of making upgrades, and the effort shows. Our room was clean and comfortable, which is really all that matters for a one-night stay. We also appreciated the outdoor seating area -- a nice little touch for winding down after the show. This isn't a luxury resort and it doesn't pretend to be. At around $80 a night, you're getting solid value for your money, especially with how close it is to the theatre district. We'd absolutely stay here again next time Branson calls us back.

I booked this room well over a month ago and requested a very clean and quiet area room on the 1st or top floor. They did not have either and put me on the 3rd floor. I checked in for a five-night stay. I woke up on the second morning with bedbug bites all over my upper body. I informed the front desk, and they checked the room and found an infestation behind my headboard. They moved us from room 310 to 424 and took one night's charge off our bill. I asked for and got an incident report from the front desk and filled it out. The following day, I went to get it signed and was very rudely helped(?) by the Assistant. Mgr. (Kimberly Dixon). She grabbed the form and scribbled on it so hard that it ripped the form, and she just tossed it back to me. I decided to cut our trip short and check out a day early. Now, after I got home, I checked my credit card account, and they charged another $219.20. I immediately called the hotel to see what the additional charge was for. The front desk person I talked to said she did not know and to call back the next day to speak with the manager. A few minutes later, she called me and said the charge was for damage to the headboard caused by rubbing alcohol. I called the assistant manager the next day, and she said the same thing. She said that I sprayed rubbing alcohol on the headboard, damaging it. I asked her how she knew I sprayed alcohol. At first, she said she had a video recording of it, and I asked her if the hotel was recording my room. I asked her multiple times if my room was recorded. Then she started to change her story, saying that the housekeeper watched me spray. No way that happened since I always have the do not disturb sign on the door. And then she changed her story yet again that the housekeeper said that the headboard did not have any spots on it. She then stated that there would be no refund of the $219.20 and then hung up the phone. I came face to face with the manager and other desk personnel daily, and no one bothered to ask how I was doing or if I needed additional care. I have never suffered from bedbugs in my life, but I am still suffering from the itching and inflammation with mentally and physically exhausted from the entire experience. This is absolutely unacceptable and will not pay the $219.20 without any proof.. I have suffered, and this has caused me to shorten/ruin my trip. The managers and front desk personnel are very unkind, rude, and unprofessional. The appearance of the hotel is below Hampton Inn's standards. Would put -Stars if I could.

She allowed me to cancel my 2nd night and refunded my points since I checked out before 11am. She helped me out big time and made my stay pleasant. The area is super nice and clean. Bathroom is tiny and there was a single sink.......two beds, 5 people, and 1 sink with enough room for two. It literally has a two sink sinktop but with only a single one cut out. . With me being Native American, I thought it was really cool they had a portion of art with natives. Obviously I took pics with them . Honestly, it's the motel that really threw me off.
