The place is very clean, I haven't been here in over 10 years and it feels like nothing has changed. They did an excellent job on mattress replacement, keeping the pillows fresh, the sheets. As if time has never passed by. The view is lovely, I seem to have forgotten, but it's just like stepping into a big city atmosphere, with the convention aspect you don't feel like it's most of the conventions that you would see from Hilton. This one is done in such a way, that it does feel like home. Everyone in the staff was absolutely friendly, professional, and efficient. Whoever the manager is, they're doing an amazing job. I could not find a part of my stay that I didn't like to the point of not returning. In room dining was excellent, but we were missing glasses, ice, for both hot tea or regular drinks. These days it's difficult to find people to take pride in their work, but the staff does here. The chef is amazing downstairs. This place is so well done, I feel safe doing surgery at the hospital nearby and knowing that I'm not too far, and my stay should be perfect. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for consistency, and a professionally managed stay. read more

We enjoy Hilton properties, however this stay has left us with mix feelings... Pros: Best location ever for Branson, Room Size, Staff (Jeff, Morgan, Christi, and random maintenance man), Valet is easy to use and the guys were awesome, always energetic despite the heat. Inside/ Outside Pool (outside pool was jamming w/ Music & Lounge) families appeared to be enjoying themselves. Conference Center is great and being connected to the hotel is such a huge plus. The restaurant has wonderful service, excellent options and food is delicious! The 2nd level bar is located perfectly with fun bartenders. Cons: Air Conditioner (major con), Staff (Night Front Desk Male (lazy) who said he could not add my Honor's number to the reservation even though I told him I was good status, while Morgan did it in 2.5 seconds the next morning). Room smells musty and warm due to AC not working w 90+ degree weather, worked the last night there, this is where the random maintenance man enters the story, we expressed disappointment in the hallway and he said let me just do something real quick- and bam it started working! Keep in mind we called down multiple times each day to express how hot our room were, with them telling us the engineer was on the roof working on it and no fans were available to bring to us. The Hilton Branson Convention Center was a stop on my never ending summer road trip. It was a one night stay. My wife chose this Hilton after reading reviews of all the hotels in the area and concluded that this was the best. We booked a room with 2 double beds. With no Hilton status, we were upgraded to a nicer room overlooking the river after I asked nicely. The room we were given was nice and comfortable. The room was clean. The bathroom had a nice shower. We had no complaints about our room. Service was great. The front desk personnel and valets treated us nicely. The gym was adequate for me to exercise in. It had treadmills and weight lifting equipment. As an infrequent Hilton guest, I no longer have status. Lowly members like me get to explore the city and and discover new breakfast places which was kind of enjoyable after eating hotel scrambled eggs the past 10 days. I went for Valentine's weekend and completely disappointed. As a diamond member felt very underwhelmed. No early check in or no late check out. Room requested wasn't available because nothing was cleaned. Front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. They charge for every little thing. Only hotel you can't borrow luggage cart. Parking is far away and inconvenient. Restaurant was booked and impossible to make reservations because they don't answer the phone and front desk not helpful Had to order room service because nothing was available. Rooms are ok but nothing special. Not worth the 700.00 total I had to pay for one night. Won't be coming back. read more

Nice enough location. But, as a Diamond Member I am entitled to a $15 daily food credit. Stayed 2 days. First 'credit' breakfast from pantry after waking, second 'credit' late evening. Only one credit given. Discussed with front desk, I was told because both in same calender day, they won't honor. With every other Hilton, it goes by check in-check out times. You shouldn't have to establish that you want all of them for breakfast or all of them for evening when you check in for multiple days. The hotel in general is really clean and updated as you enter. They did an excellent job decorating for the holidays. As we entered our room though, there were several cosmetic issues. Head board was torn, sheets were stained and there was evidence of clear signs of wear on a couple places. We were disappointed from the amount of money spent vs. what we received. Despite the polished outside the inside is pretty rough. My room was not clean and had noticeable mold all over the shower. If you leave the water running in the bathroom longer than 60 seconds it makes a loud hammering noise. I am a HH member but had to ask for a bottle of water and they seemed put out to give me one. I come here for conferences. As a conference venue I rate this place about 4 star. Hotel is nice. Room was quiet. There were a large number of pillows ranging from down to extra firm...so this was nice. Show was not cool. You have to step into it to turn the water on. Make sure the shower head is aimed at the wall or cold blast! Water pressure was lowish too. TV was good. Adequate channels. Free WiFi with the room. Overall I rate the room at 4 star as well. Very close, walking distance, to many restaurants and stores. read more

Hotel rooms are extremely outdated. Furniture is not only showing wear but falling apart. Doesn't appear the rooms have been updated since the hotel was built. Not at all what you would expect from a Hilton. We have spent about 25 nights in hotels this year, 60-75 a yr before COVID, and this was in the top 3 of worst hotel shower in the world. read more

We stayed here for 3 nights, I was told at check in that the staff will not enter your room for service, if you want anything you need to ask us. On the counter in my room was an envelope for putting a tip for cleaning staff. Remember when you actually got service to your room? I have stayed in Branson multiple times, and this is the best hotel in the area. Just to clarify for HHonors people, there are TWO full-service Hiltons right next to each other. The Hilton Promenade is older (but not old, it's circa 2007) and doubles as a time-share. You can get suites there fairly easily. But out of the two, I'd pick this property. It is a super nice Hilton, with modern furnishings and it is connected to the convention center. The restaurant, Level 2, is also what you would expect for a higher end hotel. read more

She started talking to me about her 30 year-old daughter and proceeded to tell me in front of everyone else eating there that there's no way in hell she would let me date her daughter when I asked if she was single. Thankfully I held back enough to not respond with something smirky like "if she's anything like you, she probably has an ugly personality too". 1/10/15 As we were taken up to our room we were told the hotel has had to recently lay off staff because it's been so slow. I really don't think the manager would want this information being told to new patrons but after a bit I learned it only goes downhill from there. Wanted to have a drink with my husband in the bar/lounge & there were 8-12 young kids running around, yelling & jumping on the furniture. Soooo, no drinks. We decided to watch a movie in our room instead. Nope, can't do that either because the kids were screaming & laughing throughout the halls as well. The rooms had GREAT windows but the way the room was design we kept running into each other inside the room. Would have been nice to have a tub & fan in the restroom. Seriously, who doesn't have tubs or fans?! Day 2 : We out out the DND sign, left for lunch and when we came back the maid had done our room! (We had work documents out) My husband called & was told I went down & requested maid service (not true-wasnt even here) so I went down & was told our DND sign wasn't on the door (it is STILL on the door) Blatant liars. The nearby Raddison looked beautiful & something tells me we might have better luck there for our next trip. read more

We had called about a room and quoted a price. I said okay let me call you right back with the card. I call back and price went up. I informed them I had just called and been quoted a different price, was rudely told supply and demand. Not having any options we paid the ridiculous price. The hotel rooms comforter was dirty, there was ONE wash cloth for three people, and empty toilet paper roll in the bathroom, and one coffee cup. You would think you'd at least get a breakfast voucher or continental breakfast but NO. We also were not told to keep our key to get out of the parking garage so we had to deal with that. All together terrible experience. I am a Hilton reward member but will never stay with them again. read more

The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly. The poor review is because the room was hot. (And not in a good way.) The first and second night we stayed in the room,during a work convention, it was warm. I usually turn the hotel temperature to the mid 60s. The room never got that cool. The third night, I'm not sure the AC unit even worked. I was sweating as I lounged, immobile, in my bed. Vying for sleep. Even my 11-year old asked about the air condition. I have heard this week is unseasonably cool. I can't imagine what normal summer temperatures would be like in this room. Also, before you ask, no. I didn't call the front desk. The first two nights were bearable. The last, hottest night, I didn't know the sheen of swear on my brow at a later time in the evening was worth the sweat of moving rooms. Bad job, Hilton. In summertime, the AC isn't something you should worry about functioning properly. read more

We are on our third night of a stay for the Branson Auto Auction, which is headquartered at the Convention Center that adjoins this hotel. For a supposedly luxury hotel, this place misses the mark. . First of all , the hot water was only lukewarm during our entire stay. When no one came to clean the room after 2 days, I called the desk to request clean towels (only 2 sets were supplied) and a restocking of the coffee bar. I was told it was my responsibility to set an appointment if I wanted housekeeping services, but they could get me towels. I'm still waiting. It is fortunate that the weather is mild right now, as the thermostat in the room does not work. My husband and I have traveled all over the US, as well as some overseas, but it's is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. I expected more from a pricey Hilton. We have had much nicer stays at their cheaper Hampton Inns. I'd recommend that, if you are coming to Branson. At least you will get breakfast. read more

What an awful experience. If you like trashy people, this is your hotel. I would suggest not bringing kids to the pool either. Total trash fest. The bartender was awful, the rooms and hallways stunk (bad odor), front desk inept at handling issues. Flip side, Michael at check in was wonderful and so was valet (Scott)... the experience stopped there. Not even close to a Hilton experience. On top of that, locals were hanging at the pool, not hotel guests. They act like they owned the place. We won't ever be back. If you are looking for an obnoxious, trashy, sub par hotel experience, this may be your hotel! We've stayed here pre-Covid and it's gone straight down hill. Food at pool was awful too. Nachos served with ketchup......?? Not our thing. It was so bad, we moved hotels. Unfortunately we chose the Hilton across the street and the experience didn't get much better. I would give less stars if possible. I understand that Covid has placed a strain on the hospitality business, but there should be some expectations for a hotel that charges more than $200 per night. When we checked in, we were told that we could be assured that our rooms were clean because they would be sealed after cleaning. We were further told that no cleaning would be done while we were in residence. When we got to our room, there was no seal (We were told later that the hotel had run out if seals??), we had two towels, and half a roll of toilet paper. We had one coffee set up. This was for a four day stay. (I have since bought a portable coffee maker and bring my own supplies and cups). We requested extra towels which did not arrive. We were told that someone must have taken them. Then we had to request them and go to the front desk to retrieve them. The fitness center had two treadmills and no way to clean them before or after use. I decided to take my chances by walking outside. I did get caught in the rain one day. I think management was more concerned about its bottom line than about guests. Since cleaning was only done after residents left, the staff needed must have been reduced. The front desk was nice and they wore masks, but there was no evidence that any other Covid measures were in place. The location was good near Paula Dean's and cute shops. I never want to stay here again. read more

We waited 20 minutes on a Wednesday afternoon to check in due to lack of staffing, got to our room which was dog friendly( we have stayed at other dog friendly hotels before) and the smell was so bad, asked for a new room and couldn't help us because the manger had dinner plans elsewhere at the moment. They offered to clean the room but that didn't not include changing the bed sheets upon which I was told that only happens every three days. Stayed at this hotel with friends (3 families). We had 3 rooms. One of the rooms had food left in the refrigerator after having a seal on the door stating it had been cleaned. We were never told that we would not be having our room cleaned at all the 4 day stay. Called and talked with manager and they stated that they would bring towels up and clean one day only since we requested it. I called other Hilton's to find out if they had the same policy, they said yes but if you request the room to be cleaned daily, we will. Our hotel would not. They said they would only clean it once. We asked for towels to be delivered daily. They have only been delivered 1 day and we have had to call everyday since. They say they are not coming to rooms due to COVID but when they lady came to deliver the towels she didn't even have a mask on so not sure they are that concerned. We are paying for a nice hotel and this has been a huge disappointment. Only reason we didn't leave is due to a competition we have at the convention center. read more

Just got back. Absolutely loved this Hitlon and I was very impressed. Our room was on the 8th floor with a view of Branson Landing. Very spacious with a desk and an extra table that rolls out from under for extra use, a mini fridge and a couch that folded out. The bathroom did not have a tub but a walk in shower. The bathroom amenities were high end and there was a make-up mirror hooked to the wall that i used every day. The outdoor pool was really nice, and there was a hot tub and some VERY nice outdoor lounges in a couch style. Very comfy. The indoor pool was nice but surprisingly cold. There is also a hot tub at the indoor pool. We used the fitness center every day and it was great. We did the valet parking and it was great. It is so easy to just call down there and your car is ready for you when you get downstairs. A lot of people complained about paying for wi-fi and parking but this IS a convention center and most business would just charge these to their company. Both are standard for a conference facility. We had the breakfast in Level2. I did the continental for $13 and My Husband did the upgraded buffet. There is a menu and if you are not a big eater you are better off eating off the menu. I only did not give this hotel 5 stars because of the parking and the internet. read more

Convention center stay not very convention goer friendly. I stayed at this hotel for a convention recently and was amazed I wasn't allowed to use a cart to move some stuff from my room to the convention center, where I was paying to set up a booth. When I first arrived to the hotel I wanted to load up a cart with a few items to bring to my room, I was amazed when the bell-hop told me I wasn't allowed to take the cart without having to have him come along. I had several burly men staying with me who were more than capable of helping, but I was strong armed by the pushy bell-boy who demanded to walk along aside me with his precious cart for a $3 tip. When I needed the cart the following day I was told the reason I had to have a bell-boy follow me around with the cart for a $4 tip was because "they're a full service hotel." So when they say full service they must mean they're trying to nickel-dime me every chance they get like I'm a tourist staying at a resort in a third world nation where the only source of income they have is the tips they get from patrons. The room AC worked fine but sounded like it was powered by several rusty hamster wheels and would wake me at night when it turned on. This is a very expensive hotel and they have the audacity to charge $10 A DAY for Wi-fi on top of what the nightly rate was, seriously!?!?! For such a big multi-million dollar convention center I'm dumbfounded they'd strong arm me from using a cart for a $4 tip. Many of my fellow convention center patrons felt the same as well. Its not rocket science, if you have a giant convention center attached to your hotel, you know people staying at the hotel are going to be using the convention center you should have carts readily available without the requirement that bell-boys have to follow them around like its their personal carts from home. Additionally when I was checking out they way over-charged me for one day of room-service (I ordered the same thing twice so I knew what the price was), when I asked for the receipt they wouldn't provide it. Once again over charging and/or nickel and dimeing. Here's a tip worth more than $4 for you Branson hilton hotel; change your understanding of what "full service" means and stop nickel/diming people. In the future when deciding where to go for trade shows I'll do my upmost to push for somewhere beside here. read more
