It is a literal small cottage in the middle of a parking lot for a small shopping center. Once I went inside I was swept away from the adorable decor and ambiance. I found my finds for myself almost instantly and the price was just in my range. Now when I arrived parking was kind of a pain since it was mostly full. Apparently this is a problem for the business owners and their patrons. I was informed by the owner that many people park in this particular lot but leave to either go to the beach or to other shops on the block. She gave me a parking pass (that I needed to return) so I could park on the lot. There was a parking attendant that was giving out tickets so make sure you get a parking pass from the owner asap.

Our days were filled with sightseeing activities. We tried to cram all our adventures in our short time in the Big Island... 3-1/2 days was not enough to see everything and do what we planned. After a long day out-and-about we went shopping at this ABC Store in Kailua-Kona. There are actually three ABC Stores on Ali'i Drive (so there's this one, another at the Sunset Plaza and the other at the Kona Inn Shopping Village). There is also an ABC Store at the Marriott Courtyard King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel. There is no shortage of souvenir shopping in this area. If you've been to an ABC Store you know it's a themed clothing store and they sell e-v-e-r-y-t-h-I-n-g!! Like every souvenir you can think of. Coffee beans, macadamia nut chocolates, calendars, mugs, jewelry, home goods, food, gift items. So here in Hawaii, of course, everything is Island-themed while in Las Vegas their ABC Stores are all Vegas-themed stuff.
