Now he retired and switched insurances to AmBetter and not 1 Dr in that office accepts that insurance. Now he has to find another Dr. This is getting to be something else.

Visits feel rushed, and if you ever need to reschedule, good luck--because they will drop you without warning. Make sure you document every date, time, and name of anyone you speak to, because apparently the burden is on the patient to protect themselves from the clinic's own incompetence. I rescheduled an appointment and clearly told the staff I'd be booking for early next year. At no point did anyone tell me this would result in being dismissed as a patient. Instead, I received a certified letter out of nowhere telling me I'd been "let go." Cardiac issue? Stubbed toe? Doesn't matter--they treat everything with the same level of indifference. And now, on top of being dropped without explanation, I get the added privilege of tracking down my medical records and paying for them. Wonderful. They may want to revisit their mission statement, which claims they deliver "high-quality, innovative, comprehensive, compassionate, supportive, personal, convenient, and cost‑effective care." Nothing about my experience reflects any of those words. The AI system they force patients to use is intrusive, sending constant notifications at all hours--day, night, weekends--making the entire process even more stressful. Compassion? Support? Convenience? That's honestly laughable. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and wasted time. There are plenty of practices that actually care about their patients--this is not one of them.

this is a small office in a convenient location in perry township, stark county ohio. the doctor…read moreis friendly and knowledgeable. the reason for the low review is that the reception and nursing staff are rude and gossipy and while at first i had no problem making appointments towards the end of my time there they refused to make appointments for me stating that medicare did not reimburse them enough to make it worth their while to see me as often as i needed seen. i take 10 psychiatric meds that mess with my liver, kidneys, gall bladder, gastric reflex, motor skills. i'm a sick person who usually needs to see a primary care doctor once per month. this was more than they wanted to see me. instead of making that clear at the outset when i went to make my final appointment they were rude and refused and said they would not make my appointment for today or any other day in the near future, that i just saw him. i called my medicare hmo provider to lodge a complaint and a week later received a certified letter stating that i had been "fired" from the practice and that the doctor would provide emergency treatment for the next 30 days but i needed to find a new doctor and that "i was a very sick person". i would not recommend this office to anyone, healthy or not.

I love family physicians I would not go nowhere else.

I have been through several PC doctors and I will say that she is the absolute best. When other…read moredoctors brushed things off and just forgot about things she dug until she found the answer. She also is very understanding when it comes to allergies and sensitivity's to certain things. I have a long and complicated medical history but she juggles it with ease and works with all my specialists well to be sure everything's being handled. I couldn't imagine seeing anyone else for care. I highly recommend her (and do so often) because she really is the best doctor I've had. She also treats my husband and always recognizes us and will not just ask how the sick ones doing but check in a small amount with the one not being seen. Then again we are both chronically ill and she sees us a lot. Anyway, highly recommend. 11/10
