I was there this week after work for a much needed and overdue massage! This visit, I found time on the calendar with Brittany, who is an excellent therapist! She is extremely communicative, applies great pressure (checking in just the right amount to make sure the level is correct), and provides a very soothing and relaxing massage experience. I like medium-firm pressure and today I walked out of my massage feeling like butter. Highly recommend!

She was always very communicative about what she was doing and wasn't shy about giving more pressure if you wanted/needed it. She skillfully found all the tight spots that needed extra attention. It was the perfect combination of both a zen spa treatment and a nice deep tissue sports massage. I will definitely be back again!

I don't want to have to direct the session or explain what to prioritize--I'm looking for a practitioner who can assess, listen, and work intuitively from their own expertise. That's exactly what I experienced here. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, peaceful, and grounding. The space felt safe, clean, and thoughtfully prepared, which allowed me to fully relax and receive. During the session, the therapist demonstrated a high level of skill, sensitivity, and clinical understanding. She was intuitive in her approach and addressed areas of need without me having to guide the process. I felt that she was both listening to my body and applying her professional knowledge in a way that was precise and deeply therapeutic. It's not easy to find that balance of clinical effectiveness and intuitive care, but she offers both. I left feeling supported, more mobile, and genuinely cared for. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for medical or therapeutic massage, especially if you want to be able to trust your practitioner and simply receive the work.

It's not your typical swedish massage place since they're medically based (and I don't really have a medical reason... Also, if you are interested in the prenatal massage, this place has the equipment for you to be on your belly as an option and not just the side massage. She books up fast and I didn't realize I was picky until I came here on a whim. Office is nice, professional and cozy. Love the essential oils used. You walk in feeling well taken care of. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

She is now not "just" my massage therapist but my friend, as well, and while she's healing my brain and my pain, she's making me laugh, think, consider, and relax at the same time. Her hands are MAGIC and her spirit lifts me up every single visit. She occasionally has to remind me that SHE is in charge of my body at the time of service (I'm a control freak and it extends to my head, neck, shoulders, back, hips, and legs), and I don't need to do anything but let her manipulate my muscles and joints. When she finally makes me leave, I tell her nearly every week that she needs a nap room for those of us who probably shouldn't drive after one of her massages! I am grateful for Sheka's talents, gifts, and compassion, and she'd just better remember that Sunday afternoons are MINE.
