Omg! Do not use this florist!! My daughter sent 12 yellow roses to me on Saturday for Mother's Day they are dead!! And it's Monday. They started dying Sunday. The owner I called said he had 120 orders on Mother's Day flowers and no one complained. Well I did! And read his reviews. There terrible and I can see why. BAD, BAD & HORRIBLE! Yesterday my husband made the mistake of using this florist. True to the reviews, I received dying/old roses & even worse service. The owner, Merle is extremely rude & even hung up on me & wouldn't answer when I called back (so childish). I was trying to be as polite as I could but he immediately took offense & started being rude. Also, the arrangement looks like a blind person arranged it. Absolutely horrible! Don't use this florist with a bad attitude & apparently a bad "eye" too. I wish I could leave negative stars. Before Merle hung up on me he said harshly "What do you want me to do! I will refund you". I said "yes, please refund" so we'll see, we all know how that usually goes. Went in 3 days before Valentine's Day to order flowers I specifically asked for a dozen roses with filler flowers to put in the same vase that came with the beautiful flowers we got there last year. I paid $60.00 and went to pick them up today. I received a dozen wilted roses no filler at all and an attitude. I know this is a very busy day and they are stressed but I go to a florist instead of a box store for fresh flowers and customer service if I wanted poor quality and no service I would have gone to Walmart where it would have been half the price and the same attitude, read more

The WORST!!!!! Do not use this florist. The photos speak for themselves. I ordered an all white sympathy arrangement and what was delivered well just look at the picture. Attempts to contact them to demand a refund have been futile. The phone has been busy when I try to call and after spending 30+ minutes to find a working email address, that request to dispute the transaction has also been ignored. I ordered flowers to be sent to my sister for her birthday. I live in Chicago and didn't know which florist to call, so I relied on a national website to locate a florist for me. Hilltop Florist was who they chose. I paid about $89. The arrangement received by my sister was made up of roses that already had dried ends on the petals, and lilies that were turning brown. She could have bought fresher flowers at Kroger. It was pretty pathetic. I only opted for one star on the review because that's the lowest option. read more

I would give less than one star but as I cannot I will just tell you that this florist, and the owner Merle , completely "lost " my order for my mothers funeral. When I called , he had no answer, no apology and did not even try to rectify the situation. I was devastated!! I can not emphasize enough to NEVER order flowers from this place !!!! I am still in complete awe how the owner could lose an order that I placed directly with him over the phone . So today was my 65th birthday, just got home from radiation, chemo treatments. Message on phone, with NO return number, was "this is JIM at your gate your not home call this number back." Time 2:04 Next call 2:18p.m. "this is Jim left your flowers with neighbors across road they will see you get them" The Neighbors were NOT home when we came back from treatments. the neighbors Never came over, in fact we hardly see them and really don't know them. After resting at home till 6:30 p.m. we decided to try food in Danville,Ky for Birthday. Since I feed mostly by tube feeding this was very special for me and I did enjoy it. At 7:15 we arrived back home, I use cane to walk now, so I caned over to neighbors, crippled UP their stairs to finally get the flowers ordered by my sister in Fairbanks, Alaska. Bev Nester. Although they were kinda nice the happiness faded due to the LACK of SERVICE and the HASSEL my wife and I had to go thru to get FLOWERS DELIVERED by Hilltop Florist.
