I ordered the Misdemeanour Mushroom smash burger with fries and a drink ($20.50). But if you just want the burger alone, it would be $16. I would like to describe eating this burger as a religious experience. Consider me officially apart of the Paddy Wagon cult. My phenomenal burger was two smash paddys, topped with truffle aioli, carmelized onions, cremini mushrooms, bacon and provolone cheese. Everything was top tier flavour and quality. The truffle aioli truly brings it all together. Then the slightly crunchy parts of the paddys just makes it a unique experience as a whole. My only problem was the fries. I hate frozen crinkle fries. So Paddy Wagon, if you're reading this, I beg of you to cut your own potatoes. House cut fries would make you unstoppable! I will absolutely be back, especially for another smash burger. Easily best burger in this city!

It was very tasty with strong smoky taste. I liked the sauce the most. It had a nice bbq sweet taste to it. The bbq was very tender and the meat did fall off the bone. BBQ was pricy. Prairie have been in competition for some times but they are not as big as Gator or the other BBQ stand. They always show up with the other BBQ competitors. They can be found at any fair or special events or festivals.

I was looking for unique experience for our wedding anniversary, we were having celebration on Willow Island in Wascana Park in Regina. Which proved a bit of a logistical concerns for some caters, one transportation to the island by boat and the weather. The other thing I was looking for was BBQ not the type of meals of burger and dogs . Looking though their catering menus of Prairie smoke and spice BBQ, I saw that they do a whole Hog. Wow what meal! The meat just melt in your mouth. The coleslaw and the bake bean were delicious. Over all it was one the best meals I ever had catered . The staff did outstanding job setting up and serving the meal , they were very friendly and helpful . If you are in Regina and you see their food truck go for the best in town. If your looking for a cater they are one of the best in my books.
