I'm old. I've ordered flowers as corporate gifts, as…read morepersonal gifts, and we always have flowers about the house. I was sent a basket by the folks at work through Windsor's and the arrangement took my breath away. I cannot tell you how magnificent the basket is. It is the most beautiful, bounteous, perfect celebration I have ever seen, let alone received. There's not one stem of "filler," every single selection is a different kind of plant or flower, and everything is so fresh, we'll be able to keep this alive in various configurations for weeks. I can't the folks at Windsor enough, and I can't recommend them more highly.

I am located in South Dakota and I wanted to order a congratulations bouquet for my sister's new store, Seaside Eco Bikes, in Lewes DE. Since I'm not familiar with the area I wanted to talk to a live person, not order online. Well, Friendly Flowers answered on the second ring. I didn't get the gentleman's name who went above and beyond to help me but he took the time to discuss what I was looking at on their website and made some suggestions to personalize a tailored, one of a kind arrangement. My sister received the bouquet the next day and was overjoyed with the look and smell of the flowers. The price was also VERY reasonable and the service, priceless. Thank you so much Friendly Flowers!

Flowers were pretty, not fully opened, and my wife was happy with them as a birthday arrangement. If that's the end of your interaction, then you're good and will be happy! Owner was a little snarky by email when I expressed frustration at the timing - took all day to deliver when they claim they're a local business. They're not really local to me - they closed that store but still list it so we think they're hyper-local. And rather than just apologizing ("Hey, we're surprisingly busy today") or empathizing in some miniscule way at my frustration, they told me I wasn't important - since I was an individual and not a business or a funeral, I was last in line to receive the flowers for the day. Then, they felt compelled to email again so they made sure they got the last word in the debate. Not professional and not customer-friendly at all. Trying to separate the snarkiness of the after-delivery conversation from the flowers in giving my review. I wouldn't recommend speaking to them - just order online. I'll probably try another place first before I order from them again just because of that. But hey - maybe they were just having a bad day.
