The day of my appointment I waited all morning so I would be available for my appointment at 12:00. At 11:30, Tre messaged me to say he was delivering materials to a job site and that he would need to reschedule. He didn't even have the courtesy to call me in person! I wasted half of my day just to be stood up by a company that apparently doesn't care about their commitments or their customers. If this is how they treat you before hiring them I would hate to see how they treat you afterwards. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

He was on time, he brought his team and they were already started when I got there, which was nice. He was speedy with giving me the report back. his prices are also the best I found! 10/10 would recommend.

Within days of moving in on November 19th, our contractor found severe hidden issues: active roof leaks, soaked insulation, wood rot, mold in the walls and ceiling, and improperly installed metal roofing where sunlight was visible through gaps. Repairs cost $3,600. I first sent Jim photos and videos showing some of the discovered damage on November 21st and received no response. I then sent even more photos, as well as the contractor's report on Dec 22nd, 2025. For weeks he ignored my emails and texts, then repeatedly tried calling me to "talk on the phone" instead of addressing it in writing like I had requested numerous times. I gave him a written deadline to refund the inspection fee of $750 or I'd file a complaint with the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors; he missed the deadline and still hasn't taken responsibility. The inspection report also omitted basics such as the HVAC system details, detailed roof description, main water shut-off, and electrical panel. Buyers beware! My experience shows why it's critical to hire an inspector who fully documents findings and stands behind their work.

He arrived on time and was not only professional but friendly too. He was to fix several shingles that were falling off my house, we walked around and I showed him what I was concerned about. Joe did a great job on the outside and pointed out a few issues for the future that should be taken care of, but this was not an immediate issue. I am so happy that I found a handyman service that can be relied upon. He completed the new roof on time avoiding storms that were on the way. We also had an existing leak. Jim stated that the leak would be corrected along with the new roof. Two months later the leak returned, this has always been in my mind a design error by the builder. I don't blame Jim for the leak, but it became worse after an attempted repair on his part. Haus came back to do new repairs and found two issues in the same area of the roof. The man was on my roof doing repairs in lightning and rain, crazy! When I called and messages Haus Roofing I didn't hear back for about a week. Then a man named John Land called me back and laughed on the phone at me and told me this is the homeowner insurances' problem. "If ANYONE goes on my roof it is no longer covered on the warranty.
