I had plugged…read moreit into a different power source to verify that wasn't the problem and had bypassed the float switch previously to test that. When the workers showed up they did what I had already done and yes the pump was not working. They informed me that the pump was not working and that they couldn't replace it until the ground thawed and that it would be just a holding tank until then and left. From the time they got here to the time they left was at most 30 minutes. I had the cap dug out in less than 10 minutes with a coal shovel. Then I got the bill. $200 for less than a half hour of them doing nothing more than what could be called a basic computer reset (try unplugging it and plug it back in). Outrageous. I called someone else to fix the problem and I highly recommend you do the same.

Bryan's son Nick arrived as scheduled and was professional and super friendly. He got to work quickly and the crew completed the job in a few hours with all cleanup and removal of debris.
