I always feel like they care deeply regarding my dental health and details we have discussed in the past. The rooms are clean and the wait to see the dentist or for a cleaning is always very minimal. There is a TV is every exam room and they always ask for my channel preference. They also offer some of the latest teeth whitening and dental innovations but are never pushy about recommending them. I feel very secure in their diagnosis and leave feeling happy I made the choice to continue doing business with them. He does not perform unnecessary dental procedures unless it is needed. He explained in details of any upcoming procedures. He is always caring, making sure I am not in anyway uncomfortable with any dental procedures. I broke my front tooth one Saturday. he understand my concerns and had his staff came in on the same Saturday to place a temporary front tooth. Dr Holman's staff is warm,friendly and knowledgeable. MaryLou at front desk, always a smile and great at scheduling. I look forward to 6 months teeth cleaning with Cyndi. Kathy is precise and meticulous in getting temporary crown made for me. She was so young I hadn't even considered finding a pediatric dentist yet so I called a location close to us and we were seen a few days later to make sure everything was okay. The experience was...fine. Nothing in particular was negative about it, but nothing was great either. She's two now, and when it came time to schedule her first cleaning I decided to try somewhere new. From the second we walked into this facility we knew it was different. My daughter was captivated by the ocean theme, loved it! Every member of the staff was exceptional, they truly know how to work with children. They showed her every tool, let her touch them and engage, and they talked to her and not above her. We left that day feeling so encouraged. This past weekend my daughter fell and broke her other front tooth. We were brought in quickly and Dr. Pagé was kind, patient, compassionate and thorough. An extraction was needed and although that situation isn't easy for anyone, we genuinely knew my daughter was in great hands. We are so thankful for this office and every member of its team.

Despite her not taking our insurance anymore we were going to be paying out of pocket for XRays, an Extraction, AND Nitrous oxide which would total up to more than $600 in cash. This was no problem for us despite the large amount because we strongly believe in paying for good care. While on the phone the office manager Carol began laughing at my disabled children being sick and barred us from the practice we've been going to for YEARS. This is in the midst of my daughter is having a dental emergency. Why were we barred? We were 15 minutes late due to our disbaled children having a virus, us visitng a Doctor first, and trying to reschedule to ensure the safety of everyone else. Carol's behavior on the phone was nothing short of disturbing and disgusting and I will be filing a complaint with multiple agencies as a result. Edited to add: Carol was laughing about this over the phone before attempting to tell us what she *believes* Dr. Sophie would say. And finally, the crown Dr. Sophie installed failed by cracking in half while my daughter ate a slim jim. This is the only cause of the dental emergency; failed dental work.
