Here's what happened. We paid for a new battery, supposedly covered by a three-year warranty. When that battery failed, I returned to Midas, only to be told by their team that the problem was with everything but the battery. Not convinced, I took the car to Mercedes, who confirmed that, in fact, the main battery was the issue all along. Armed with proof from Mercedes and the receipt for the replacement battery, I went back to Midas for a prorated refund on the battery they sold me. Instead of accountability, I got the brush-off. Manager Mike claimed he wasn't "allowed" to make any decisions, and every interaction since has felt like an exercise in dodging responsibility. If you're looking for a shop with integrity and respect for their customers, look elsewhere. This establishment has demonstrated that they lack both, with management that seems more interested in giving you the runaround than honoring their word. Take your business to people who know what customer service actually means. Midas of Nanuet? Not worth the risk.

I made multiple attempts to reach him via phone and text, all of which were ignored. I have still not received a refund and am now pursuing further action to address the damages caused.
