Exit 35 on I40, a great stop for gas, clean bathrooms, real food, and fun novelty shopping while crossing the great state of Arkansas. If you are in a hurry, you can grab a fountain drink and a hot brisket, pilled pork or chicken sandwich at the cashier and go. Be sure to grab napkins AND add sauce to your sandwich because they are meat only. If you have 30 minutes, sit down in the restaurant for full service BBQ with all the sides. Shopping is also fun here. I try to hit this place on both sides of my journey.

If you can't find a way of loving a place like this, I can't trust you. The name, the concept, the friendly staff, the food, the portions, the people! All 5 stars. The full service restaurant is hidden behind the convenience store, and to the right of the (Boar's Head!) deli. There's just a sign with the specials, a counter, and some chairs. Sit your butt down and someone will come right over with a menu, something funny or charming to say, and will then be ready to take your drink order. I got the pig fries to start, fried okra, and a country fried steak. I boxed up some of it so I could finish with the Banana Pudding. Lord was that AWESOME! This place is hysterical. It doesn't take itself seriously, in a good way. Easily the best gas station/truck stop food I have ever had.

The largest lot lizard I've ever seen blocking traffic to the entrance of this place should have been the tip off. Anywho, the south's most popular soda, Doctor Pepper is located right next to the bathroom so you can't get to the fridge holding the soda because of the endless rotation of people seeking to take a dump. I had to fight to get the sodas and not disturb someone's rush to take a bowel movement. I asked for sandwiches. They were out of order, misfiled under other sandwiches, and out of what I wanted. I asked for gas and only one register does gas at a 16 pump gas station. This place is truly a dump. I'm not coming here again. This is the second time I've had to put up with some BS here.

I was driving down 40 on my way back to Orlando and realized I was starving. Pulled over to see if I saw any signs in the distance, saw this restaurant connected to a gas station and said to myself "sure, why not". I'm so glad I made that choice. From hot links, to chicken wings, to ribs, and every type of fritter you can think of, it you like southern eats, this is the spot. I ordered one spicy link, and 5 buffalo wings, less than 8 bucks and it was GOOD AS HECK! I opted to eat in my car, but the seating area was large, and very clean!

Really cool unexpected find. Great pie and catfish. Such variety from sit down to a deli. Definitely will be back
