They installed my roof in a day and overall did a good job…read more After closer inspection several things were noted and when called to let them know an appointment was scheduled for a month later. When the day arrived the repairman showed up late and after a few minutes left to go get supplies and never returned. When called in the afternoon to inquire where he was, he stated that he had to attend several meetings and could not return. I have been attempting to call HRS to get this figured out and the only number that I can find is the number of the foreman who was in charge the day of our roof replacement. Have been unable to reach anybody in management.

We hired this company to replace our shingled roof with metal standing seam roof. We have a…read morecomplicated roof with gables and skylights. First they arrived with the wrong color roofing. Next, around the skylights they began installing the roof with seams across the roof after we had explicitly agreed on no seams. They worked for two days and then left and returned several days later saying they ran out of our color roofing. Next they broke 3 of our skylights. They ordered new skylight parts and months later finally replaced them but now the 3 the skylights will no longer open! Still waiting for them to fix that problem. They also did damage to some wooden parts of our building and flashing around skylights is inconsistent. Summer has gone into November and we are still waiting for the company to repair the problems. I would not recommend this company for a complicated roof.

We just settled on a lawsuit for $1.3 Million and settled for only a 10th of that because he said he would file bankruptcy because his business is broke. Funny thing is I know his personal assets are intact and will be receiving $400K from the apartments he is currently building. So instead of doing the right thing and trying to make things right, he rather bankrupt a business and start over, rather than diving into his personal assets. Where I, have to dive into my personal assets to fix his mistakes, and basically pay it twice over. I know of other clients of his who are unhappy with him as well, and has screwed them over as well. This guy is following the footsteps of his old boss, T.H. a local businessman for many years that did the same thing to Great Bangor residents. Tom, if you or Kaitlyn (yes I mentioned you because the way you treated Kevin over the phone during our legal battle) or any other of your cronies try to ask google, facebook, yelp or any other media outlet to take this off for any reason, I will provide them with the legal documents showing I have every right to post this review.
