And then my wife and I go away for the winter. So there were no cars driving on the driveway. And the plow guy plowed it twice. When we returned to our home in the early spring, we found that all the sealcoating had come off of the driveway. William Stanley the owner of the company, refuses to do anything about it. Seems to me that sealcoating should last more than 6 months. Especially when nobody drives on it. And there was no salt or any other chemical applied to the driveway. Please, do not use this company. There are other companies out there that I'm sure would honor their work. If I could have put zero Stars I would have. But you have to give at least a one-star.

No headwall flashing installed, exposed fasteners, crooked hip caps, unseamed hems... The gutters didn't work as there was an inch or more of daylight between the dripline and the gutter opening. They came back several times and completely replaced a third of the roof and attempted to adjust the gutters, but things still look pretty bad (even from the street) and the gutters essentially don't work. Eventually we just stopped hearing back. The crew that did the work were polite and efficient, but ultimately we regret hiring them for this work and I fully expect needing to replace some or all of it in the future. Having spent $16,000+ to have this work done professionally is both embarrassing and infuriating.

There were…read morea couple issues with this project because of the very unusual construction of the previous balcony. A portion of that balcony was literally the ceiling of the unit below us. Beyond that, the siding on the building was no longer available and the support system had to be changed. Jesse had assured me that TJ would do whatever was necessary to finish the job to our satisfaction. He did just that despite the fact that it took more time than anticipated and a couple extra trips back to the work site. He did a phenomenal job! On the last day he was joined by Preston and he did a great job as well. This project had some unique elements. First, was the slope of the ground. Second, was the design. The lower deck was designed to hold a hot tub (not shown here) to be accessed from the upper deck in the area between the two railings. One whole side of the upper deck remained without a railing as I wanted deck access to be at any point along the footpath. It'll be my task to backfill the gap between the deck surface and the footpath. Total number of days worked on this project was six (6). TJ and Jessi are easy to work with and the cost was very reasonable. We are THRILLED with the results!!
