Time to find a new doctor. Once again I schedule an early morning appointment. The second one of…read morethe day was open when I made it (first of the day is 9am) for 9:15. I arrive a couple minutes early to find the waiting room already full and a short line to check in which results in the computer showing me as getting there late. Now, mind you, I'm the second scheduled patient of the day yet the waiting room is full. After I got checked in I took a seat expecting I'd be heading back very soon. 9:20.... 9:30....9:45...... at 9:50 I was taken back, vitals taken then left to sit until 10:00.... 10:10.....10:15. ONE HOUR AFTER MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME I HAD YET TO SEE THE DOCTOR. I left. Very angry. I have a job and a life. This is not the first time this has happened. I've also had to sit for an hour when I was the FIRST appointment. If you have anything else to do with your life aside from sitting waiting on a doctor then find a different practice. These people are habitually late regardless of when you make your appointment. I've never ever been seen any sooner than 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. This one sucks at patient relations. It goes without saying that they are more interested in overscheduling ($$$) than the patients.

He was the ONLY in the state of Florida that said I didn't need to have my skull cracked open and lose all hearing in that ear. Instead he was familiar with a very new ( back then) procedure called Gamma Knife surgery. I missed one day of work, did not have my skull cracked open nor did I lose and additional hearing. I highly recommend this Dr.

I found out the hard way that most doctors don't do this. He is a fantastic surgeon who I wish I would have gone to see many, many years ago. I paid out of pocket for my care and expected professionalism, continuity of treatment, and…read morecompassion. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. During the middle of my treatment, I was dismissed from the practice because the doctor refused to complete a form I requested. The practice had no problem collecting the $100.00 payment at every visit. 0qWhat was most concerning was that I was dismissed without a referral to another provider or any assistance to ensure continuity of care. As a patient, I felt abandoned during an active course of treatment. While I understand that physicians have the right to decline completing paperwork if they believe it is not appropriate, I also believe patients deserve respectful communication and a proper transition of care. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported after investing both my time and money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. I hope they improve their communication, patient-centered care, and professionalism so that other patients do not have a similar experience.

My first visit many moons ago I was made to feel extremely comfortable to the point that I have referred friends and coworkers to him and the practice. The nurses, doctor and overall staff are AMAZING, they always make you feel welcomed and comfortable. My husband had been to the practice with me several times due to our pregnancy and he just LOVES Dr. Londoño, he is knowledgeable, has great bedside manner and just takes his time with his patients. Unlike other doctors that come in the room, quickly check you and leave he will check you, and afterwards stay and allows you all the time in the world to ask whatever questions you have about your visit, treatment etc. I come from a family of doctors/nurses and have come to expect amazing medical attention and this doctor and his team offer just that. They always answer calls promptly and I love how they confirm appointments via Text if you prefer to avoid the additional phone call or voice mail. If you are searching for an amazing OBGYN this office is the place for you!

5 Stars for friendly staff, a great location, and a doctor with a good bedside manner…read more I was looking for a new GP and thought of Dr. Perez because 1) His office is in my 'hood, and 2) People with the last name Perez are naturally brilliant (I'm not biased at all). I love the fact that his office is in a neighborhood, on a residential street. It feels like a remanent of another era. An era where there were neighborhood doctors who knew you and your family and were only a call away. Being a mid-eighties baby, I'm assuming this era existed. Either way, it feels good pulling up to a neighborhood office. I called to make my initial new patient appointment and was really shocked to hear that they could fit me in two days from that time. Every other doctor's office I had called couldn't take me until three weeks from now (minimum). George made sure to remind me that they only take cash or check (no credit cards), but my copay should be fairly low given my insurance. Was it a little odd that they don't take CC? Yeah. Did it matter when they could get me in so quickly? NOPE! The lobby is nice and neat and has a TV (HGTV for the win!) and the paperwork was straightforward. George, who initially took my call, showed me to the room and we chatted for a while (everyone in Orlando knows everyone!). It was an extra touch of friendliness that made me smile and made the time pass more quickly. The doctor arrived and was very pleasant and efficient- but not in a way that felt rushed. By the end of the appointment I asked about his background and we talked about regions in Spain worth visiting. Again, friendliness goes a long way! Overall, a great visit and I am SUPER glad to have a new doctor nearby (versus the 30 minute trek I used to make).
