Is it possible to give zero stars? Because how many would you give if you called your insurance…read moreagent to talk about your homeowners policy that was not being renewed because of a large claim (that they offered no assistance in helping through the process) and they tell they know because they got a letter? And when you ask why they didn't contact you, they said "you got the letter too". I am appalled at the lack of professionalism, never mind compassion. I called to ask for guidance and insight in handling our claim and was given nothing. We have had our homeowners policy through Newport Insurance since 1994* and that is what 24 years gets you, "you got the letter too". Both Toni Bridges,who should be ashamed of herself, and Bob Hole (the agency principal) should have their licenses revoked. How dare you claim that, "As our client, you will have a team of highly qualified professionals working for you to provide you with the best coverage for you, your family, or your business. Building a long-lasting relationship with our clients is our number one priority." You are the most unprofessional, immature agents I have had the displeasure of dealing with. (*the agent worked we with from the beginning left the agency 2 years ago, and had we known, we would have followed her sooner.) Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
