They took great care of us when we were in the baby stages of investigating our housing options, never pushing us to do anything before we were ready and then once we were ready really hit the ground running. Jenny was so knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. Prepping our house to sell both while we were still in it and after was full of expertise and her team of folks that came in to do the work were all professional, easy to be around, and worked quickly which meant a lot to us as we had three kids to juggle in addition to packing up our beloved home of nearly 10 years. With her recommendations, within weeks our house went from a real fixer-upper situation to a pretty good lookin little place making it really stand out once it was on the market. We had multiple offers over asking with great terms! She also made the buying process so easy and seamless. She never hesitated to take extra time to explain things to us and did all of the legwork of talking to our bank to make sure our new loan was underwritten in a way that was the most desirable for the prospective sellers. I wouldn't have even known to do that! Without her, I feel confident in saying we wouldn't have landed this house. These ladies are so knowledgeable, kind, supportive, and easy to work with -- highly recommend!

She lives in town and is well-respected and throughout the whole process she was always available understanding, and open to any and all questions we had. Petaluma can be notoriously competitive and she navigated us through offering on our DREAM home and getting our offer accepted immediately without contingencies. We're right in downtown Petaluma now, on the west side, and everyone who comes to our house says, 'How did you pull this off?! And I always tell them that the secret ingredient is Summer. Summer was one of three agents referred to us by my realtor-brother in San Francisco. My husband and I were looking for the "Just Right" property in Petaluma. Her introductory email sealed the deal; she admitted she didn't have loads of experience in raw land purchase, but also proved she had *lots* of area contacts and a 'go get 'em' attitude. Summer quickly learned that her role with us would be atypical and she totally rolled with it. There weren't a lot of options, but each parcel required in-depth research. Nothing was standard. Summer is a quick study, and was always there with the best expert to help us analyze the property; Conversations with The Well Guru, the Septic Guru, trips to the county records department, Legal Experts, and Environmental Experts made up our last few months together. We finally found a great place, though not in Petaluma, and not what we had originally had in mind. Summer made the whole process easier and more importantly she made it FUN! She is smart, engaged, thoughtful and organized and I couldn't have asked for a better guide through this process. (thanks Summer!)

Michael is a very kind and enthusiastic person, he is extremely hard working and puts his soul into whatever he is doing. From sports, to art and to his profession he is someone that pays attention to detail and ultimately outcompetes the competition. I assumed Michael was good at his job but he exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasure to have him represent us and he was extremely useful in the sale of our home. I was having such a hard time starting the process. It was very overwhelming and he was pivotal in helping me with his calm demeanor, logical approach and confidence. His recommendations for the contractors always paid off. From the pest and home inspections, to the roof and gutters contractors, the painters, the HVAC or even the gardeners, there was always level of competency, a quick response time and they were fair priced and professional. Whenever I tried to get competing bids, there were delays and everyone was so busy it was difficult to get them to even show up. It made the whole process move along smoothly. There was never any issue of communication or anyone on his team. I have sold a couple of other properties and Michael did a better job than the previous realtors I have worked with and I would highly recommend anyone interested in buying or selling a property to consider him first.
